Linda's Cranberry Cookies

white chocolate dried cranberry cookies

INGREDIENTS

2 1/4cup all-purpose flour
1teaspoon baking soda
1cup butter
1/4cup white sugar
3/4cup brown sugar
13.5 ounce pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1teaspoon vanilla
2eggs
16 ounce pkg white chocolate chips
6ounces dried cranberries

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease two baking sheets
2.Combine flour and baking soda in a bowl.
3.Beat the butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and pudding mix with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Beat the first egg into the butter until completely blended, then beat in the vanilla and the last egg. Mix in the flour mixture until just incorporated. Fold in the white chocolate chips and cranberries, mixing just enough to evenly combine. Drop spoonfuls of the dough 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheets.
4.Bake in preheated oven until edges of the cookies become golden, 9-12 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before moving to cool conpletely on a wire rack.
