To join the REALTORS® Association of Central Indiana (RACI) an applicant must have a current, active real estate license and be affiliated with a member broker or be a licensed or certified appraiser. Anyone seeking REALTOR® membership must complete an application, pay all association dues and application fees, complete Paragon Academy and attend a New Member Orientation. Applications, prorated dues and application fees as well as Paragon Academy link will be sent to applicant upon receipt of this form. Licensees have 15 days to make application once their license is associated with a REALTOR® member firm.

Please note that both the REALTOR® membership application and the SentriLock agreement have places for managing brokers to initial, sign and signify security level. Please review applications with your new licensee before submitting to RACI.

Level 3: No access to Listing Input or Maintenance
Can search all statuses, upload photos and associated docs., and can set up Open Houses/Tours

Level 4: Access to Listing Input and Maintenance
Can add and maintain own listings, search all statuses, upload photos and associated docs., and can set up Open Houses/Tours
