About Internship
As an HR intern, you will spend your summer working on key HR projects and initiatives across the firm’s and get exposed to the various HR function and process existing in a leading Global Investment Bank.
- You will own and drive projects like Organizing a cross-functional career marketing event.
- Develop a guide for new deployment managers for India Offshoring, Standardize HR SOPs for all India entities.
- The work assignments will be exciting, challenging and with a steep learning curve.

- Candidates must be available April – June 2020. We encourage students graduating in spring 2021 from university programs with a concentration in Human Resources to apply
- Must have a track record of success from school or work experience
- Displaying strong initiative, thinking and problem solving
- Strong verbal and written communication. Adaptability & willingness to learn
- Knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of basic HR functions
