This event is STRICTLY 21 & OVER, no dogs, and no babies, no exceptions.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

*Entrance has moved to the Payran Gate #2, instead of the 175 Farigrounds Dr. entrance of 2018. Please continue to park in the main lot located at 175 Fairgrounds Dr. just expect to walk around the corner to enter the event. You will be able to exit at the end of the event via the former gate.

There is parking available on-site located along E. Washington St., accessible via Fairgrounds Dr. or Johnson St. Please note that there is limited parking available, so please make other accommodations if possible.

If traveling by Petaluma Transit (Bus); Route 11 lets off at E. Washington west of Ellis St. via the 107 heading NE on E. Washington, or the 108 stop heading SW on E. Washington towards downtown.

If traveling by SMART (Train); deboard at the Petaluma Downtown station, where you can walk to E. Washington St. east of Lakeville St. and board the Petaluma Transit Route 11 (stop 105; at Taco Bell) heading NE. You can also take a 1/2 mile walk to the fairgrounds via E. D St. heading NE, taking a left at Payran St. and a right onto Fairgrounds Dr. (also accessible via E. Washington St. to Fairgrounds Dr.).

If using a ride-sharing app, please direct them to 175 Fairgrounds Dr, Petaluma, CA 94952, there will be directions on Fairground Dr. of where to pull off and unload passengers.

Please make sure to avoid driving after consuming alcohol; have a designated sober driver, or use a form of public transportation to get home.

Is there a Designated Driver ticket?

There are no discounted tickets for designated drivers.

What's the refund policy?

This is a charity event (for more information about the Petaluma Phoenix Center, click here), there are no refunds.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Please have your ticket printed or ready via your phone when you arrive.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can log in, and change your registration information post-purchase.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, your ticket is transferable, and there are no added fees.
