*COVID-19 Update: All City Council and Citizen Advisory Board meetings will be conducted virtually via WebEx. The public can watch all meetings online via www.westlinnoregon.gov/meetings. City Council and Planning Commission meetings are also shown on Cable Channel 30.

Submit written comments by email to City Council citycouncil@westlinnoregon.gov, Planning Commission askthepc@westlinnoregon.gov, or the staff liaison. Written comments can also be provided by clicking on the eComment link on the meeting page: www.westlinnoregon.gov/meetings. All comments must be received before 12:00 pm on the meeting day.

To speak during the meeting, complete the form located at https://westlinnoregon.gov/citycouncil/meeting-request-speak-signup (the form only needs to be completed the first time). After completing the form, register to speak by clicking on the eComment link on the meeting page: www.westlinnoregon.gov/meetings. After clicking on the eComment link, click on the Register to Speak link. A WebEx invitation will be sent to you before the meeting starts. You can access the meeting to speak from the WebEx meeting invitation. All requests to speak must be received before 12:00 pm on the meeting day.
