Mana recenzija (pārdomas)/My (thoughts) review

Līdz šim biju lasījis tikai divas mangas, tāpēc paša vainas un neuzmanības pēc sākumā pēc lieliskās ‘’Nimonas’’ biju ‘’škrobīgs par nesakarīgajiem dialogiem. Bet, nākot pie atklāsmes, ka jālasa no labās uz kreiso, nevis otrādi, viss atkal bija kārtībā :D.

Pirms 107gadiem civilizāciju kā apokaliptiska mēroga sērga apsēda asinskāri milži jeb titāni. Tieši savas bīstamības dēļ par tiem maz kas ir zināms, un jebkura ekspedīcija ārpus pilsētas mūriem un mēģinājumi uzzināt vairāk ir ar paaugstinātu nāves risku. Tas, ko var droši teikt, ka viņi par savu maltīti izvēlējušies tikai cilvēku, bet nav zināms kāpēc; lai gan vairums izskatās pēc vīriešiem, nevienam nav dzimumorgānu, tāpēc kā miglā tīts ir viņu vairošanās veids.

Kā pašiem varoņiem, tā arī man, rodas neatbildami jautājumi. No kurienes titāni uzradušies, kāpēc viņi ēd tikai cilvēkus, vai neredz, ka normāli cilvēki valkā drēbes? U.c. Bet galvenokārt, kādēļ tik riebīgi ir jāsmīn? Fascinējoši bija titānu tuvplāni, īpaši milzu titāna (colossal titan), izskats un anatomija.

Tā arī netapa skaidrs, bet laikam jau, vai stāstā esošā pilsēta ir pēdējā cilvēku lielā apmetne pasaulē?

Until now I had read only two mangas, therefore because of my own inattention after a great read Nimona I was a bit upset about the crappy dialogues. But when a revelation came over me that I have read from the right side to the left, everything was ok again. :D

107 years ago like an apocalyptic plague mankind was infested with bloodlust humanoid giants or titans. Because of their dangerousness very little is known about them, and each exploration outside city’s walls and attempt to find out more are with a huge death risk. What can we be sure about is that as their meal they have chosen only human, but it’s not known why; although most of them look like man no one has genitals and because of that the way how they breed is a complete mystery.

Just like the characters I also had unanswerable questions. Where these titans came from, why they eat only human, don’t they see that normal people are wearing clothes? And many more, but the main was, do they really have to grin like that? The close-ups with titans, especially the colossal titan, were fascinating – their look and anatomy.

What I didn’t fully figure out – is the city in this story the only one that is left in the world? But I guess that it is.
