Entrepreneurs Taking On Maternal Health Start Their Training

The Healthymagination Mother and Child Programme initiative, launched in March by GE and Santa Clara University's Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship, is looking to accelerate much-needed medical innovations in nine sub-Saharan African countries where roughly two-thirds of the world's maternal deaths occur. The social innovators and entreprenuers selected for the initaitve attended a three-day workshop in Nairobi, Kenya.
