Taking Care of My Skin with Earth’s Care Personal Care Products

Earth's Care Skincare ProductsWhen it comes to natural skincare, many people focus on the type of products they’re putting on their face and don’t think about the rest of the products they’re putting allover their body. As someone who suffers with sensitive skin, I try to use natural and/or organic products as much as possible.

Recently I was introduced to a line of skincare products made by Earth’s Care. All of their products are specially formulated to soothe, heal and rejuvenate your body by using predominately natural ingredients. They contain no parabens, no artificial ingredients or fragrances and they don’t test them on animals.

For this review & feature I was sent 4 complimentary products to try out for all of you. Here’s some information about each one and my thoughts on using it.

Earth's Care Skin Balm

Earth’s Care Dry & Cracked Skin Balm – is a deep penetrating moisturizer with shea butter, arnica & cajeput oil. This balm quickly soothes damaged skin and makes it feel visibly softer & smoother. Ideal for rough or cracked skin on hands, elbows, knees and feet.

The bottom of my feet get extremely dry because I go barefoot a lot during the summertime months and I spend a lot of time in our pool. My heels and around my ankles were really dry & peeling, so I started applying the balm daily to that area. It feels really nice during the application process and quickly absorbs into your skin without feeling greasy. After 2 weeks, the dry patches and peeling had completely stopped & the bottom’s of my feet looked great again!

Earth’s Care Acne Spot Treatment – is made with natural Bentonite & colloidal oatmeal and contains 10% sulfur that eliminates stubborn blemishes naturally. It’s non-comedogenic and is used to treat pimples and blackheads.

I admit, I don’t get acne often, but every once in awhile…I’ll get a breakout that will last for several days. Like most women, I don’t like breakouts at all and I’m always looking for something to help clear it up. This spot treatment cream is great! I just squeeze out a tiny amount and apply it directly on the pimple or blackhead. It doesn’t feel greasy & it doesn’t clog up my pores.

Earth's Care Anti-Itch Cream

Earth’s Care Anti-Itch Cream – is made out of shea butter, almond oil, natural camphor & menthol. It’s used to stop the itching from bug bites, poison ivy, oak and sumac, and to stop the itching caused by sunburn.

I have a rare genetic disease called Porphyria and for the past few years I’ve suffered with severe solar dermatitis. Some of you may know that as sun poisoning. Anyway, every time I get sun exposure…I break out with sun blisters and they itch terribly!!! I was using a prescription anti-itch medication that is loaded with chemicals…but have now completely switched over to this product since I’m having great results with it. Does it stop the itching completely? No, no product does. However, it does a great job at lessening it and my skin feels softer & smoother which is a bonus!

Earth’s Care Muscle & Joint Rub – is made with arnica and camphor, an external analgesic. The product is used to treat bruises, aches, joint & muscle pain, arthritis and strains. You apply it to the affected area 3-4 times daily.

I admit, I haven’t been personally using this product but my husband has! Matter of fact, he’s in-love with it. He has a lot of knee joint pain that is caused by his job and always has what he calls a “knee ache.” For the past few weeks he’s been applying the rub to that particular knee and told me that it is helping…that it makes the pain a lot more bearable. Yay! That’s a really good thing!
