[Imports] Districts boundaries of Cesena city (Italy - Emilia-Romagna region) import

Hi Folks,

in Cesena - Italy (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cesena ;
http://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/42809) i'd like to import the
boundaries of the districts from here
http://dati.unionevallesavio.it/node/13 , with a CC0, CCBY license.

Data seem to be pretty good but i've cleaned them by the numerous
superimposed lines.

I've already posted this import wiki page

to explain the simple process i followed, and i also started a discussion
