Horicon Marsh Veterans Hunt

This is more than a hunt. It’s healing. It’s camaraderie. And it’s our chance to give veterans a weekend together – an escape from daily rigors.
We started seven years ago with an idea to take veterans out on the Horicon Marsh as a way to say thank you for their service. We started with 6 guides, 6 volunteers and a dozen interested veterans. This year, we had 47 guides, 50 volunteers and 60-plus veterans and active-duty military personnel out on our beloved Horicon Marsh in southeast Wisconsin to experience some of the best duck hunting in the world.
But we couldn’t do it alone. Our community comes together to volunteer time, energy and resources to give a first-class experience to vets from throughout the U.S.
We are a 100% volunteer nonprofit organization (ID: 45-3354139), relying entirely on donations. If you’re able to help, every penny will assist us in keeping the hunt alive for the veterans who need it.
It’s making a difference in their lives – and it’s what keeps us going.
