“I dedicate this story to the one man who seems to have always been there for me. No matter what, he was my protector and he made me feel like I truly mattered. Everyone deserves a Tony in their life. I was lucky enough to find him; but to me, he will always be Axel.
Axel, you were right, you were Tony all along. :)”

Wow. This book was so much more than I’d expected.

Going in, I thought it was going to be your basic friends-to-lovers story. And while it was that, it was also so much more. I’ve thought long and hard about how to review this and came to the conclusion that to talk about how the book made me feel, some spoilers are needed. So…you’ve been warned.

The basic premise of the book is that after graduating college, Samantha moves across the country to be with her bff Camaron. She’s going to help him run his business and they’re FINALLY going to be together. She’s been in love with him for years and it’s finally time to move forward. Well, things don’t go as planned…if they did, we wouldn’t have a book.

I really liked Samantha. She was likeable, sweet, loved food and very loyal to her friends. She was also a curvy girl (I love romances with curvy girls!). Sam was an amazing bff to Camaron, even when he didn’t deserve it. She literally dropped everything for him time and again. Sure, you could call her naïve and gullible but honestly, who hasn’t done stupid things for love? That’s what made her so likeable and real. But I’ll also admit that there were a few times that I was screaming “NO NO NO!!!!” at my kindle due to her choices. One in particular was bad. I wanted to throw my kindle across the room.

I also need to talk about Camaron. Initially, when I thought this was just a good’ole friends-to-lovers story, I was rooting for him. He said the right things, seemed to love Samantha and everything was good. But things quickly went downhill with him.

I lost track of the number of times Camaron said that to Samantha. In the beginning, it was sweet. But the further you got into the book, it became annoying and repetitative, a way for him to manipulate her and take advantage of her feelings for him. Every time, she’d forgive him as soon as he said that to her. And don’t even get me started on his girlfriend and the anchor scene with her. I haven’t been that mad at a character in a long time!

Fast forward a little and you get the scene that had me screaming at my kindle…I can’t remember the last time I hated a character as much as I hated Camaron at that particular moment.

My impression of Camaron was that he was narcissistic. He never cared for Samantha…and if he did, it was a long time ago. But at some point, maybe when he realized she had feelings for him, he started using her with no thought to what it was doing to her.

Even after the big “NO NO NO!!!” incident, while he seemed upset that he hurt her, I never really felt like he was concerned for HER . I just felt like he was only concerned for himself, what he lost.

One of my favorite characters was probably Ellie. She was the mother of Camaron’s business partner and friend, Axel. She basically mothered all the Pricks at the tattoo parlor and she took in Samantha after the big fall out between her and Camaron. She was always doling out the words of wisdom and on more than one occasion said “I’m always right.” And she was. Her best piece of wisdom to Samantha was:

That brings me to Axel. He was such a great guy. I wouldn’t mind having one of him for myself. Samantha couldn’t see how attractive she was, and was so focused on her size, convinced that no guy would/could ever want her…but Axel didn’t see size. He saw who she was and liked her for who she was. He was patient and willing to be a friend while Samantha was hung up on Camaron. He was also always willing to come to her rescue and stand up for her when needed. He and Samantha became great friends and had some really good chemistry. He was definitely an easy guy to root for.

Overall, I did enjoy this book. It had drama, a couple of horrible bad guys, a really great hero, emotion and kept me glued to my kindle.

Oh Tracie Redmond, this was just WOW to me! Not only beautiful but boy did I learn a lot from Ellie! I read your dedication and I'm going to assume which I don't like doing! (Actually that's lesson #1~ assumptions, correct?") so please forgive me. Ellie completed this story and I imagine she portrayed your mother? I spent so much time smiling where she was concerned. I was at awe with the lessons. Heck, I was at awe with this woman PERIOD!

"Oh, doll face, don't let that fool you. Just because it looks pretty doesn't mean that it won't suck the life out of you. If you don't pull that weed, then the growth of my vegetables will suffer."

Don't even get me started on the lesson involving banana's. And I know what you're thinking so clean it up ;D... you're not even close! It was the most beautiful example that NEVER would have crossed my mind

From what I'm reading there are some who see this as a love triangle. I do in a sense but with the "relationship status" it really was only one-sided. If I were to label this as a love triangle... mine would have to be square saying that because the levels of feelings and to whom. Yeah, I probably confused many but I'm sure it would be understood when you read it. The main players as I see it is of course Cameron, Roni (Veronica, aka evil barbie), Samantha (Cameron's best friend), and Axel. So see that's why I came up with a love square depending on how you view it.

[image error] photo AXEL1_zpsmkvtes2v.jpg

"You like this, Cameron? Do you like me riding your huge, hard cock? Yeah, grab my tits baby. Yes! Who is your__ now, Cameron?" *I blanked it, don't want to ruin it*

YEP! That was me... HORRIFIED! After everything Mr. Fuck-it-all-up-and-then-some did or didn't do, how could he do any worse? Allowing all the shit he had? BUT that, just NOoooo! Not acceptable!

This is where I'll mention my hero. I am so all over the place but I really don't care! Axel... owner along with Cameron of Two Pricks tattoo shop. The man is to die for! He became Samantha's support system and damn he was what females dream of. See, he loved Sam although she didn't know. Every time Cameron messed up which was all the time, Axel took matters into his own hands.

Cameron got his shit knocked around a few times, well deserving!

"You are the most selfish fucking bastard I have ever fucking met. You destroyed her, you cocksucker! YOU FUCKING DESTROYED HER!"

Roni... aka "evil barbie" Oh my, let me say if I ever had to deal with someone like her and that damn mouth? I'd be pummeling it!

One of my favorite parts~ to evil barbie...

"Oh hell no, I don't touch trash, but Carrie, she will make sure you have permanent scars, bitch, so just sit here and don't fucking speak, do you hear me?" ~~AXEL

Oh, God how I wish it were possible to enter my Kindle, I would jump that man that very second!

I was so upset with Cameron's stupidity, I think my mouth dropped open way too many times with him! I'm just surprised with myself because it just always seems to work out that I fall in love with the H that story revolves around yet in this story Axel plays a huge part and I wasn't expecting that. And last, the entire Prick team, I loved them all and I'm ready for some more of those hot tatted dudes! Again, Tracie... Ellie was such a treat in everyway especially with "her" Prick boys and girls. I FREAKIN' LOVED IT!

Wow what an amazing read! Sounds cliche, but I am picky. From the moment I read the introductions to this book...I thought classic fall in love with childhood best friend. I am one to enjoy a cute feel good romance, so I went in with that expectation.

After the first several chapters, this book held my heart, peeled back to the most fundamental truth in my opinion of what love looks like. I loved this story. Often as a reader we get so caught up in a fantasy of girl meets a boy and falls in love.

This story takes it a step further and explores the relationship between two best friends Sam (Short for Samantha) and Cameron best friends for 15 years each one-half of a whole.

Sam is what I would think of a modern day woman. She is the everyday woman and is real. She is normal and relatable, vs. someone who appears to have the perfect life on the outside.

She finds the love of her life and is so blinded by her own expectations, that she almost misses the chance at embracing it and she believes the lie that she is not "good enough." This story illustrates, internal struggle, of what is to what is supposed to be. I wept with the characters, cheered them on. I believe that this book has left a lasting impression on me.

4.25 stars. What a crazy and intense story this was. I came across it on amazon and decided to give it a try. I went through so many emotions while reading this book from being so angry at the heroine for being a doormat to despising her best friend for walking all over her and allowing his bitchy girlfriend to mistreat her as well. I can't remember the last time I felt so strongly about characters in a story. The writing was decent, there were a some editing issues but nothing too bad. This is one book where the plot and the characters really make it stand out.

I felt terribly for Sam and how her best friend Camaron constantly used her (nice friend). Axle made the book for me. He was Sam's protector and her rock. Axles Ma, Ellie was a great character as well. I loved easing about all the life lessons she taught Sam while in her care. This one definitely brought on all the feels (really intense feels) and I look forward to the next book.

I honestly don't know how to explain how much I loved this book!

I am not going to summarize the book, because you have to read it as each situation happens to understand the journey this story takes you on.

First of all, I can barely stand love triangles. But THIS ONE... this one was completely different than anything I expected. I loved the premise of this book. Two best friends that are nearly inseparable, running into life's brick walls.
I LOVED EVERY WORD!!

Sam is REAL! She is a real woman with real insecurities and real hopes and dreams. She loves her best friend, Camaron, the way I believe a lot of women have loved a man before. And she runs into the obstacles in life that can tear us down in a heartbeat.

Camaron is the kind of character you love and hate at the same time. He makes mistakes, but as a man who just can't quite figure out what he wants in life, this makes his character so unique and loveable!

Axel... oh Axel! He is mine!
I love him so much and the way he climbs into Samantha's world and changes everything. He's intense but compassionate and takes care of the people he loves.

Ellie! This woman will change your life! The messages in this book will stick with you for a very long time and she helps Sam in ways no one else could.

~"Are you sure that I should pick these? They look like pretty little flowers."
"Oh doll face, don't let that fool you. Just because it looks pretty doesn't mean that it won't suck the life out of you."~

Sam discovers that sometimes life has plans of its own. The way she grows throughout the entire book is what makes me love her character so much.
And the steamy scenes?? YES PLEASE!

This story is about friendship, love, loss, family, and learning that life guides you where you are SUPPOSED to go.
Guided Love is beautiful and intense and angsty and raw and emotional as well as full of smiles and laughs.

"Through the rough waters, I will find my way home."

Each and EVERY character is necessary and so well written... even the ones you want to imagine dying a slow and painful death (you'll see who I am talking about when you read the book)

Tracie Redmond has honestly blown me away with her debut novel, Guided Love! And I can't freaking wait for more!!!!!

5+ STARS that I just can't get enough of!

This book made me ugly cry. I haven't done that with a book since I read a Nicholas Sparks book. This book reminded me of when I lost my father. Not to give anything away but the pricks lose an important member in their late 20's just like I did. It hit home and I ugly cried. I loved this book. I fell in love with Sam, Axel and Cam. There were times when I was upset with Sam because she was being so stupid when it came to Cam. After reading the rest of the book I figured out that she needed to be stupid in those moments to get what she ended up with. I'm happy how things work out for Sam. I love the way Tracie wrote all the characters, I love the sassiness and the caring of Carrie and Gabby. They remind me of my best friends. I love the way all the prick friends are so close that they are a family. I could go on and on about how much I loved this book but I would start to give away the book and I'm not going to do that. I think this book deserves 5 stars. It's a book that hits home and makes you reflect on your own life. I can't wait until the next book.

This book is amazing and I couldn't put it down, its full of love, laughs, friendship and heartbreak but leaves us all with some lessons to learn.

Sam has just graduated and is packing up her life to move across country to be with her best friend Cameron these two have been friends for over 15 years and have plans all set to live their dream together but are these plans what they both want or is love making Sam blind to her future. Sam has an outgoing personality but she also has her own insecurities to deal with.

Cameron you will love him and hate him both in equal parts, he wants Sam with him to live their dream he calls her is anchor she's his stable friend but he doesnt want to share that friendship so when his business partner and friend Axel show's interest in being Sam's friend he doesnt like it. Cameron however is happy to go about his life, always expecting Sam to be there for him but he too has lessons to learn.

I for one cannot wait to read more in this series please go get your copy and enjoy this amazing journey.

What a great first book by a new author. Such an emotional read. This is a story of a guy & a girl who are best friends, and have been for over 15years. They've been each others anchor since childhood. One decides to follow his dreams and moves across country, the other finishes college and shares in his dreams by moving after college to help run his business. But when one feels completely and totally in love with the other, and has for years, but the other only feels friendship, what happens to that bond?.. This is such a roller coaster of emotions, and right when you think something won't happen, BAM, it does. Throw in a group of amazing friends that call each other Prick, and you just can't put this book down. I don't want to give too much away, but you HAVE to read this story and experience it from beginning to end. And I love how we will get more of the whole gang of friends in future books. Can't wait to see where the lives of all of the Pricks end up.

An amazing read!!! Sam anticipates good things to come when she graduates college and finally moves in with her best friend Cameron and their life together can really begin. Howeven Sam finds out that things aren't always what they seem when it comes to her male bff. Although Sam longs to be with him love has other plans in store for her. Sometimes the best things in life come in unexpected packages.

Hated the first 50% of book. Definite angst, but h was an idiot/pushover for best friend and had me want to shake the shit out of her. I was very close to making this a DNF. Remaining half of books became more tolerable, but at that point I was just reading to get to the end.

WOW…. So I went into this book expecting a particular type of story from the blurb. What I got was so much more than I expected. While there was large doses of the angst that I expected from a love triangle, for me this was a book more about discovery – of one’s self, life lessons, importance of following your dreams and of course love so strong that you can’t deny it’s pull.

Sam always believed that her fate and future were intertwined with her best friend Camaron’s. The two of them planned to go through life supporting each other to help achieve their dreams. It is with this belief that Sam uproots her life and moves across the country to join Camaron run his tattoo shop. Sam just knows that they are meant to be together and can’t wait to start her life with Camaron.

If there has been one constant in Camaron’s life, it has been his best friend Sam. She has been there right by his side being his champion to live out his dreams. He is excited that he and his best friend will be reunited after her graduation and help out at his tattoo palor – Two Pricks.

Axel agrees to do his business partner and best friend Camaron a favour by picking Sam up from the airport when she arrives. What he was not expecting was to be swept away by the beautiful woman that she was. Camaron had always described her as plain – not the vision in front of him. Regardless of his attraction, he knows that Sam is off limits because of Camaron.

When these 3 lives collide, the explosion and the effect will be far reaching and long lasting. But can any of them survive the fallout and find happiness, or are they all destined to be hurt?

I absolutely loved Sam in this book. She was not perfect and she made a lot of mistakes, both in reading situations and in the way that she acted, but there was no mistake that everything that she did was genuine. I was so emotionally invested in her path of self discovery, that I at times I was left completely devastated for her.

As much as I tried, I think that Tracie has given me a main character that I totally hated. To me, Camaron was an arrogant, self-centred jerk – and not in a good way. His total lack of respect and care of the implications of his actions to those that he said he cared about was too much for me. While there were glimpses of him trying to be a better person, it was not enough to redeem himself in my eyes.

Axel stole my heart and I don’t want it back. He is everything that you look for in a man. He is patient and understanding. He loves fully and unconditionally. And every time that Sam needs him, he is there to provide support and comfort. I loved when his protective instincts kicked in and he defended those he loved with everything that he had. But by far his best quality is his understanding nature and selfless actions, all guided by his devotion. Shit the man made me swoon throughout the book.

What can I say about Ellie? She will steal your heart and fill you with overwhelming love and compassion. She will impart life lessons that are applicable in just about every situation. Her wisdom and selflessness touch you and her unconditional love and kind nature are a blessing to everyone. But her spunky and sassy attitude was a breath of fresh air and she really was the star of great portions of this book.

The sexual tension throughout this book was a living thing – it crackled and moved fluidly between all of the main players. Tracie did an unreal job of building the tension and anxiety surrounding the relationships until you thought you were going to combust.

The steamy scenes in this book just added the right mix to the storyline. They were hot and had me squirming as I read them.

The best thing about this book though, is that it makes you feel as if you are experiencing the journey with the characters. And to me that is a testament to a great writer. I both laughed and cried at different times throughout this book. There were also moments where I wanted to through my kindle out of frustration of what the characters were doing.

But without a doubt I would recommend this book to all lovers of angst and romance. You will not be disappointed with taking a chance on this debut author as her storytelling is exceptional. If a debut this great, I can’t wait to read more from Tracie.

I adored this story! Sam has been in love with her best friend Camaron for years. She moves across the country to be with him and help build his business. Upon her arrival in Philly, he doesn't bother to pick her up. He sends his friend, Axel. Over the next few months, she gets closer to Axel as Cam pushes her further away. This story is heartbreaking, but Sam gets her HEA.

Review by Lisa Kane

Samantha Jacobs is Cameron Willis' anchor. He tells her this all the time, so she knows it must be true. They've spent years being each other's best friend. Sam has two years more of college and then she and Cameron are going to move somewhere and follow their dreams. Only Cameron comes home and tells her he's following his dream right now. Not in two years. He's moving from California to Philadelphia and is opening a tattoo shop. He's talented, trained and ready to make this work. Sam is devastated but they skype, text and talk every day. Now that she's graduated, she is literally packing up her life and moving to Philly. She's going to be the bookkeeper for the shop.

When she gets to the airport Cameron isn't there to pick her up. He sends her a text letting her know something came up and he is sending his business partner, Axel * to get her. When this big gorgeous guy approaches her, she's not sure what to think. But he's here to get her and knows something important must have held Cameron up. When she gets to Cam's apartment, she hears moaning and realizes getting laid was what came up. I think this was the beginning of my intense hatred for him. This guy has an excuse for everything. He is selfish, insensitive and a whore. And those are probably his good qualities.

I am assuming that they are the bedrooms and the bathroom, but all I can do is stand in place and take in the sounds of high pitch moaning. My stomach instantly turns to knots.

But Cameron assures her that they have each other's backs-throught thick and thin.

Holy Shit, he inked my name on him!

Sam is starting to realize that the close relationship she had with Cameron isn't the same one she has now. It's Axel who makes her feel at ease, who spends time with her and who wants her to feel at home. Cameron has a successful business he shares with Axel but they really don't have that much in common. Axel's mom has been a mother figure to the whole shop, and she's having some health issues. He is doing his best to take care of her and be the sons she deserves. Cameron is hiding things from Sam and let's just say she's not his only anchor.

I don't want to spoil the story line, but what Cameron does and with who and how it affects Sam just about killed me. I wanted to take a chain saw to this guy and rip out his sorry excuse for a heart.

Sam is forced to take responsibility for her own life and to finally figure out what she wants and who she is-she gets knocked to the ground but she will get up a much stronger person. I never saw this story as a love triangle, Cameron just couldn't redeem himself in spite of his pitiful attempts to make amends. I do wish there had been less story about Axel's mother; she is an important character but I think too much focus was put on her and I would have loved to have seen more story about the connection between Sam and Axel instead.

There is a follow up story to this, Weathered Love that I will check out. It may not be centered on Axel and Samantha, but I would like to read more about their story. I just may need to take a breather before starting it, I need a break from Cameron.

I grab her chin, bring her mouth to mine and claim it. She is the most beautiful woman I have ever laid eyes on and she is all mine. I am the luckiest bastard alive.

I have read a lot of books, romance, erotica, paranormal you name it. I have laughed, cried and gotten so aggravated that I want to throw my iPad. This book, this book brought out so many emotions that I am kind of speechless, and that never happens. I started this book in the middle of the afternoon and it is now...12:23 a.m., I had to stay up to finish. I'm writing this review now (at 12:23 a.m.) because I don't want to lose the severity of words (if that makes any sense). I can honestly say that this book, this story, has touched me in ways that no book has ever done. I have taken notes, I rarely do that, so that I can go back and reread them. They were wonderful life lessons that I will learn from and live from. This is the first time I have ever read a book from this author and WOW!!! On one hand I feel raw, shattered, heart-broken, disgusted but on the other hand I feel healed, loved, uplifted. I didn't know that one could feel so much from a book.

Samantha is not your typical woman. She isn't a size 0, she isn't the dumb blonde or "Barbie". She is smart, sassy, sexy and comfortable in her size 14 body. Well most of the time she is! She lives in California at the time, but has a shared dream with her best friend Camaron to be together through it all. Camaron has been her one constant that she has kept a focus on. When she finally graduates from college she is ready to move from the west coast to the east coast so the can final share their life like they have always planed. But see Sam has been in love with Cam since she can remember, now does he know this, not really and if he did or does he has never let Sam know. She is his "anchor" whatever that shit means! (You will despise Camaron he is a blind ass) Camaron doesn't want Sam but he doesn't want anyone else to have her either, so whe his friend Axel starts to show interest in his Sam it doesn't go well.

Axel is everything you can imagine, smart, sexy, tattooed body and sweet, shy and kinda quite. The first time he meets Samantha he is taken by her beauty. He sees her like no one really has. He sees her shinning soul, her caring spirit. He also sees that she is in love with her best friend and his friend Cam. What can he do? Nothing. Axel is there for Sam in ways no one ever has been. He holds her when her heart breaks each time Cam goes off with Roni. He makes her smile when all she wants to do is cry. Axel thinks Samantha is sexy just the way she is, curves and all. When Sam finally has her heart ripped out from the actions of Camaron, Axel takes her to the one place he know she can heal and feel safe, his Ma. This woman has to be the wisest person around. All of Axels friend love this woman and respect her more than words can say. Ellie helps Sam find herself by giving her life lessons.

But when Samantha goes back to California in search of her dreams what will happen to all the friends she has made in Philadelphia, and can Camaron repair the damage his done. Can Samantha find her North Star?

I'm not going to say you need this book, if you don't get that from this review than you just don't get it. This isn't just another romance novel, this is a book about life. The ups and downs, the fact that some people are like seasons, they come and go. Some people stay for a season and some stay a lifetime. "Through the rough waters, I will find my way home"
I hope that if you read this book that you get just as much out of it as I did, because it truly is a remarkable story. Sometimes even the brown bananas are the best!!!

When I started this book I'd seen many reviews and comments about getting tattooed by a prick.

Let me just say that the name of the tattoo parlor is BRILLIANT. The fact that it's based in PA - the state I call home - is great too.

I'm going to start off telling you straight up that I really enjoyed this book, story, and would recommend it to others. The story is something I think a lot of people can relate to if you grew up with a close male friend. Sometimes feelings get confused, lines get crossed, and friendship love and romantic love get mixed up. This story takes you on a journey like this.

The heroine is not one of my favorites, BUT that isn't a negative toward the book. Sam (heroine) is just a personality that I don't completely relate to. Never the less, her journey does touch on some emotions I remember when I was younger.

Camaron was a selfish wishy-washy asshole, which turned me off. His level of neediness was borderline crazy. Again, this is the way the character is supposed to be, so it's I'm not being negative against the story itself or the cast involved.

Axel sometimes was too much of a white knight and on occasion I wanted him to just take the bold alpha-male move. BUT this would've changed the outcome, so I get it.

Guided Love sends you on a roller coaster of teen/early adult nostalgia: crushes, unrequited love, and a broken heart. Just before it sends you shooting straight into a romantic, meant to be love of a lifetime.

I told you about the characters above and sure I didn't like some of them or some things about them, but that is because their role in this story is written SO well. Camaron, Sam, and Axel all have a role and no matter how much I dislike a moment or an action, it invoked the right emotion for the part of the story I was reading.

My BIGGEST love/hate moment is the crescendo of Sam & Camaron's relationship. I don't want to spoil it, but there is a tipping point when you feel disgusted, ashamed, and gutted - not just for the characters involved. But because you KNOW you've had a relationship come to this 'type' of point and change forever. (Perhaps not in the same manor, but...)

Overall... read Guided Love. Embrace every emotion you get, because that is what this story is about.

Team Axel

Holy rollercoaster of emotions. This book was so well written that it felt like you were right there with the characters. This is a definite must read. I can't wait to read what happens with the other Pricks.

I recieved this arc for an honest review. This book was awesome! I love that this is Tracie's first book. She rocked it. It was f@#$*&% ducky;P . It was pretty emotional. I was giggling, I loved the pricks. I cried, I loved Ellie. I was angry at Cam for being a selfish prick, I wanted to bitch slap Roni because she was an evil bitch, and I was annoyed at Sam for her lack of self confidence. All that said, I loved the characters...except Roni...lol. In the beginning I was rooting for Sam and Cam. It didn't take long for me to love Axle though. He's the epitome of book boyfriends. Good man, big heart, sexy as sin, stands up for what's his, and tatted. Hello?! My dream man here! One thing I would've liked to know more about is Sam's family. I was so glad I received this book, I started reading it late last night and finished it today. I had to force myself to put the book down and sleep. Can't wait to see what's in store for Cam and hope to read about his happily ever after!!

Wow this was a quite a ride. I wanted to punch the heroine so many times I lost count. BUT I also kinda loved her because she had a level of realness a lot of books lack. She was annoying, insecure, stupid, oblivious, and a doormat but she was real. She came off as one of the most realistic heroines because she gave up so much to a man who would never love her. Typically, women are very unselfish how they care for other people and men take and take and take without giving back. So when she finally finds a man who loves her and can give her epic love, she's of course hesitant giving her heart up again.
I will not being reading the next book about Cameron. The only way I would be satisfied is if he drowns himself. He doesn't deserve love at all.

Safety gang:
Lol this shit ain't safe at all but I would recommend if you ever wanted to push your boundaries. I would not have read this if I had found more spoilers with the one scene but I'm glad I did.

Axel... Need I say more?!

I saw a post about a new author and I always give new authors a try. Well, I was blown away. Her character development was wonderful and they were fully relatable. Sam is the "best friend" and has been friend zoned her whole life. She turns her life upside down to fulfill a promise to Camaron. She moves in with him, always hoping he'd love her the way she loves him. He doesn't keep his promises and enters Axel. He's her knight in tattooed armor. He's there to pick up the pieces and is there when she needs him. Their love blooms in an unconventional way. When Sam has had enough heartbreak, she leaves but keeps in touch with Axel. Tragedy strikes and she comes running to HIS rescue. It was an incredible story and now I'm waiting for book two! I want to see if Camaron can be redeemed. Great job to a newby!

Okay so I just kind of jumped into this one because I had won book 2 in a contest and really felt I should start with 1 first so I didn't read the blurb or anything.

Holy Shitzballs this was not what I was expecting at all! This is so much more than what the blurb tells you. I'll warn you now, there is a secondary character that will lift your spirits and tear your heart out...UGLY cry at that part. I even messaged the author and told her I hated her.

Sam and Camaron have been friends forever and have a life plan. Only Sam's plans have one detail that Camaron's don't have. What happens when their plans aren't exactly the same. Warning : This story will cause you to want to perform an act of violence on one of these characters.....

This story will give you the feels....and you just might learn a lesson or two <3.

When I was contacted through my blog about doing a review for this book. I checked it out thought sounds good, could be interesting as I haven't read one that is anything like it.. I mean for God's sake they call each other pricks. I mean how can a book suck that has pricks and tattoos in it. Well I was wrong it was beyond interesting. It is an amazing book. It has so many aspects to it and up and down moments. There is self discovery. There is also lessons on self love that I think alot of us could in our own life. I know I can and will. There is heartbreak and love all in this amazing story. Even if contemporary romance isn't your thing I really hope you will still try this one. I am so ready for more books about the while prick gang.
