Good evening!

My name is Zach Barnhill and I'm here

at Hotel Emma at Supper Bar.

Today I'm going to be making for you a Three Emmas Cocktail.

We're gonna start off with some Broker's Gin

which is a London dry gin.

This is a Gran Classico and this is the bitters,

the orange bitters.

Here we have the apricot liqueur

and this is gonna be the sweet.

Ice the glass.

Might do a little bit of absinthe mist.
