Groundbreaking Ceremony, Marine Safety Center
The City of Encinitas will host a ceremonial groundbreaking event for the new Moonlight Beach Marine Safety Center. The public is invited to join state and city officials, lifeguards, and representatives of the design, engineering, and construction team.

First Wednesday Concert Series: Michele Lundeen |

Presentation and Discussion: Ken Harrison, Historical Postcards of Cardiff, 1914 -1970 |
Ken is a freelance reporter for the San Diego Reader and began his collection a decade ago, searching on eBay. The original col-lection won 3rd Place in the Hobby Show at the San Diego County Fair in 2006. It has doubled in size since then.
