General Info: Felthrop will be raffling the chance to add flares to your item for an additional charge. Price varies based on item chosen. Flares available are mana (+1 to mana, max of +3), acuity (+5 to acuity, max of +30), ice, fire, electric, earth, vacuum. Eligible items will NOT have a combat script (that includes fusion). Winners must arrive promptly to claim their prize. After the raffle is redeemed, Felthrop will lighten armor, weapons, and shields for a small fee.
