There’s a disconnect between the diversity and inclusion efforts corporate counsel want to see from their law firms and what they’re actually getting, according to the results of a Big Law Business survey sponsored by Paul Hastings and published on Wednesday .
In the survey of 261 attorneys, from big law firms, and also corporate counsel from organizations with at least $250 million in annual revenue, 60 percent said the overall diversity of their outside counsel is important.
