Newcastle United travel to Southampton on Sunday in the Premier League and will be looking to continue their decent start to the new season.
The Magpies have been competitive on their return to the top flight and are ninth-placed in the table after the opening seven league games.
Rafael Benitez’s side managed to pick up a deserved 1-1 draw at home to Liverpool before the international break and now face an away clash with the Saints.
Southampton have made a mediocre start in the league and are 12th in the table with just five goals scored this season.
Benitez is set to make one change from the team that drew with Liverpool as defence Javier Manquillo is axed.
The manager is yet to decide on his preferred left-back this season and the 23-year-old is expected to be dropped to the bench as a result.
