Developing a business plan is one of the most valuable activities you can undertake.
A good business plan provides a roadmap for success, gives you a sense of control over your future and is essential to attract funding.
Business planning might be time consuming and daunting but the good news is you don't have to start with a blank sheet of paper!
The Business Plan Overview workshop guides you through the process of creating a solid, well-structured business plan, tailored to your business.
Our planning tools will give you a clear process to follow to help you:
- Define your business objectives
- Learn about your industry, market and competitors
- Prepare you for challenges you may face, and
- Mange your finances and accounting
NOTE: Due to the information that needs to be covered and out of respect to attendees, late admittance to class is not permitted. Please allow time for traffic and to find parking (Street parking only). Arriving early will ensure your admittance.

Registration Policies:
Registration and Fees: Payment of seminar fees may be made by cash, money order or credit card. Payment must be received to guarantee your space in an event.
Refund Policy: If you wish to request a refund, please contact the conference organizer listed above to discuss. You may also elect to send a substitute in your place. For fee based workshops, NO REFUNDS unless you cancel within 24 hours in advance of workshop. Fees may not be applied to future workshops. If the event is cancelled, all fees will be returned.

Advance notice may be necessary for some accommodations. Registration must be paid prior to accommodation requests.
