Yoga Nidra is a powerful meditation and relaxation technique designed to transcend thoughts, emotions, and belief systems. This radically inclusive practice requires nothing but willingness to follow your teacher’s verbal instructions, while you lie in savasana (corps pose).

YOGA NIDRA
This tantric practice causes a systematic unfolding of physical, mental and emotional relaxation, giving deep rest and rejuvenation. For the guided session - an extended practice of savasana (corps pose) - no previous yoga or meditation experience is required. The only prerequisite is a sincere interest in listening (in).

PRACTICALITIES
Bring comfortable, non-tight clothing or your regular yoga outfit, and - if you tend to get cold easily - a sweater, and warm socks. Mats, blankets and props are available at the studio, and you can bring your own as well. Bear in mind that you’ll be lying on your mat for over an hour, so make sure you’re going to stay nice and warm!

ABOUT ME
FLOR DEKKER
As a fervent yoga practitioner since my early twenties I choose to dedicate myself to teaching.
In 2016, I completed the 500 hrs TTC at Svaha Yoga, and proceeded my path by fulfilling the Yoga Nidra TTC (MangalaM), the technique I’m currently teaching.
