Petition to stop the murder of kittens in the botanical garden in Balchik, Bulgaria. A small town in northeast Bulgaria with one of the most beautiful botanical gardens in Europe, but sadly its also known with its cruelty to animals, in this case the killing of kittens, who aren't to blame that they were born on the territory of the borisk being fired. As you can see in the video, the perpetrator Plamen Cekov tanical garden. All this happens with the quiet observation of the employees of the botanical garden, who don't dare to try and protect the animals, or else of Balchik lures and stuffs in garbage bags the kittens, making sure no one sees him and then drags them to the sea, where he throws them in in the view of the shocked witnesses.
Plamen Cekov is a known animal abuser, having in the past abused countless cats and dogs, he has received warnings from animal rights groups, but as you can plainly see it has had no effect. In december 2014, by order of the management of the botanical gardens, kittens are rounded up and stuffed in garbage bags, and the employee Georgi Nikolov is forced to bring them out to the icy fields of Gorun Village at the Bulgaria-Romania border.
