The Soap Opera - Himalaya With Shea Butter - Extraordinary

Yeah...it's phenomenal. Probably my favorite veg-based soap!

Who shared it with you? I think I gave a puck to someone last year who bought a razor from me.

I've got the place just down the street :) Have their Tea Tree and it's no slouch, either. However, it doesn't have the shea that Himalaya does.

Joe, I'll just pretend you said the soap is from the makers of WD-40, Tide or Armor-All. That'll throw me off the scent. Perfect! Yep, no more soap. Got it. Done.

I got a puck of this from Andrew in a trade. It's quite good, lathers richly, lubes well, softens whiskers; exactly what an excellent shave soap should do. Recommended.

The price sure looks right on this; I don't know about the shipping. I see they also have their own aftershave lotion as well, and you can pick from a huge selection of scents, I wonder how this is?

Hiya,

Yeah, the Himalaya is good stuff. I've been using it for a little over a year now and it's part of my small rotation of 6-8 soaps/creams. Performs very well, with a scent I really like. The stuff lathers amazingly easy, which is always a nice feature.

The price is very reasonable when ordering three pucks at a time(gotta save on shipping.......heh). Total per puck including shipping is about $7. These weigh almost 4 ounces, which makes this product a very good value for what you get.

A strong recommendation from a member who is on the list of "Guys I listen to when they strongly recommend something".

My wife, of course, will blow a gasket when she finds I've purchased more shaving soap.

Ah, well, the couch is a fairly comfortable place to sleep, anyway.

The problem there is that the WD/40 soap has fantastic glide, the Tide shave soap leaves my face brighter and fresher than other soaps, and the Armor-all shave soap leaves a protective barrier that acts as a great post shave treatment.

So, you see, even these rationalizations will leave you wanting to purchase more soaps!

That's right! I forgot I sent that puck to you. I'm glad you like it! I'm really loving the Wilkinson shave stick you sent. After I tried it, I went on a shave stick buying spree!
