Sigma C.H.A.I. (Coalition of Humans Against Injustice) is an initiative created by the USAC General Representative 3 Office that seeks to provide an interactive and rewarding educational experience for participants in regards to issues surrounding social identity and social justice.

It is not merely a series of lectures, talks, or presentations, although all three will be involved as supplements. Rather, it is a cooperative endeavor to integrate both the knowledge of power, privilege, and oppression with the unique experiences of those in Greek life and other organizations. Sigma C.H.A.I. aims to supply members with the tools necessary to navigate and build fulfilling relationships across groups in an increasingly diverse society.

Sigma C.H.A.I. also strives to actively contribute to a culture of social awareness, humility, reflection, and inclusivity that ought to be as wide-ranging and pervasive as the biases and -isms that operate within our consciousness, on our campus, and on the greater global scale.
