Civic Platform with growing support

Poland's governing party Law and Justice (PiS) suffered a 3.6 pps month on month decline in voter support in August to 33.4%, while its closest rival, opposition party Civic Platform (PO), enjoyed a first increase since April, by nearly 2 pps month on month to 22.8.%, a survey by pollster IBRiS for the daily Rzeczpospolita showed.
Backing for the eclectic anti-establishment Kukiz'15 grouping marginally slipped month on month to 7.8%.
The liberal opposition grouping Nowoczesna enjoyed a 1.6 pps growth to 10.6%.
Agrarian party PSL's support stood at 4.9%, close to the level required in a national vote for parliamentary representation, while leftist SLD, which remains outside of the parliament, suffered a 1.7 pps drop to at 5.3%.
