What do a wrong number text, a burning building, and a quirky florist have in common?
A hunky firefighter with an extra-large…hosepipe.

In hindsight, I never should have opened that text message. The last thing I needed first thing on a Monday was a picture of some stranger’s, um, eggplant, in my inbox.
I also should have replaced the batteries in my fire alarm, because my Friday night did not need to end with my apartment building going up in flames.
But it’s fine. It’s fine. Everything is fine.
I’m only lying in a hospital bed with more split ends than I’ve ever had, almost all my Earthly possessions have turned to ash, and apparently, they don’t serve wine to patients in this place.
But like I said, it’s fine.
Until he walks in.
The guy who saved my life. My hero. Noah Jacobs.
And the universe is amusing itself at my expense, because the dirty photo I woke up to on Monday?
It’s his.

Favorite Quotes:

“Aunt Bethel,” I said, pinching the bridge of my nose. “I am not going to stage a boudoir shoot for you to give Harry James for his birthday. He has a pacemaker and a stent. You’ll kill the poor man.”

With those muscles, the only thing sweeping you off your feet is a hurricane.

I’m in my old bedroom and there’s a poster of Justin Timberlake with noodle hair.

I would bet a hundred bucks that he’d never met anyone like me before. Not that I was tooting my own horn— I knew I was what normal people called ‘unique.’ I mean, my best friend fed raccoons, so compared to her… I was only a little strange.

Men like him were why catfights started. It was evolution. We women were biologically wired to seek out and find the strongest, most manly man we could so we could procreate and keep up the questionable strength of the human line. Noah fit that to a tee. He was definitely the kind of person I’d pop a few crotch goblins out with.

My Review:

Emma Hart is a clever minx, and I am irrevocably besotted with her. I adore her irreverent humor and saucy wit while I jealously covet her snappy wordplay. This is the fifth book of hers I have read and her quirky characters and amusing storylines (both full of sizzle and sass) have never failed to produce giggle-snorts in ample measure while leaving a near-permanent smirk on my face. Kiss Me Tonight was no exception.

Written in my favorite dual POV, Kiss Me Tonight begins with the unusual and somewhat alarming event of an errant text message with a little something extra, well, actually, a big something extra, an intimate exposure of a male’s… sacred member. It seems the female which the drunken Noah had been corresponding with on a dating site had requested a… candid shot, but supplied a bogus or incorrect number for the private text. The message ended up on the spunky Reagan’s phone and had her debating what course of action to take. Reagan was such a fun and lively character, she was a self-proclaimed “drama llama” with an even quirkier family which included a feisty and highly inappropriate octogenarian, my favorite kind, of course.

I will be anxiously awaiting the next cheeky installment to this humorous series.

The first page had me howling with laughter and the laughs kept coming. I am talking side splitting, beware of reading in public, funny.

This story, from the Kiss Me series focuses on Reagan and Noah, two great characters whose initial interaction is that charming text message, the phallus photo! Reagan ends up having a conversation with the man attached to the appendage after deciding to let him know that he had sent his dangly bits to the wrong recipient. It is revealed that celebrating and copious amounts of alcohol were contributors behind Noah's poor choice and impulsive photo shoot.

Reagan's wonderful friends, Ava and Halley (who we got to know in the equally funny Kiss Me Not ) were horrified to find that she had entered into a dialogue with him and pointed out that she could be speaking to someone underage, or the limping Janitor at the local high school, she may even know the owner of the member.  Horrified by their suggestions Reagan has a little freak out but it turns out that  rather than the her friends suggestions, he is a hot, hot, hot hero. Noah is the sexy fireman that saves her from a house fire.

With some amazing characters, both from the previous book and some newbies. Hilarious interactions between Noah and Reagan, her fab friends and their outrageously quirky families. This is a wonderful, hilarious, snarky, romantic comedy that has me beyond eager for the next instalment.

If you want a fun, quick read, romance, with a wealth of characters, and a dog, then this series is a great choice. I cannot get enough of Emma Hart's fabulous writing

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I know that Emma Hart writes romantic comedies that can turn your day from bad one to a happy day where you laugh all the time, but this book was much more!

This book stole my attention from the first page and I couldn't take a break from reading because I've really enjoyed reading it.

Reagan and Noah's conversations are everything!

If you're looking for one quick read and which will also make you laugh, then this is a perfect book for you!

P. S. Don't read it in public 😉!

Actually , I expected a lot from this author , from all the reviews and the hype in the Romance bookstagram Community . But The Book Irritated me so Much, I ended up really disappointed .

The story is so silly , unrealistic and bad , Social Media harassment is real and dangerous , Authors should write to spread awareness about the dangers of Replaying to sexual private massages ( Even If the person Didn’t intend to send it to you – as the main character of this book did – ), Not encourage it by writing a whole book About a ” love story ” that starts with a ” di*k picture ” , Many dangerous people use others ( Especially Teenagers ) ignorance on this topic to blackmail , stalk and hurt them .

I know that I’m talking about a novel that supposed to be Romantic , funny and just for entertaining , Which WASN’T. But When I read a book , even if it was a children story , In my opinion , It should have a good message . And Romanticizing harassment ISN’T funny or good at all . Book have huge effects on readers mind , personality , even actions.

Also, I couldn’t connect with the characters At all , for me , there was something off in the novel.

For me , I can’t recommend this book , I don’t mean to disrespect the author , But I feel responsible to talk about something that could harm others . This is totally My OWN honest opinion.

Freaking hilarious. Kiss me tonight is one hot seductive wet dream and I loved every minute of it.

One dirty picture. Two singletons. A chemical that brings all the elements together.

The modern-day dating world is complicated. Dating now starts with an online profile, but what if you text the wrong number? What started as a mistake turns into so much more. When Noah and Regan meet the place is literally on fire.

Emma Hart has brought her witty banter to a whole new level in this book. I was laughing hard. Noah is very swoon-worthy and my new favourite book boyfriend.

Awesome read. Kiss me tonight is part of the kiss me series and would be enhanced if you read book one first although it is not essential. It deserves all the stars. 5 out of 5. I loved the raccoons in book one but Noah stole my heart. Swoon.

*I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. I’m a full-blown Emma Hart junkie I’m not going to lie. I can’t wait for the next one. This series is getting better and better.

“I’d sent her a picture of my dick. Four days later, I’d saved her life.”

Reagan gets a dick pick one day and she starts chatting with the owner until days later her building catches fire and gets saved by a firefighter. What’s the problem though? He’s the owner of said dick pic.

“He was the kind of guy who could break my heart – and not just break it but decimate it.”

This was my first book by Emma Hart and I am so happy I gave it a chance, even if I hadn’t read the first book in the series. I loved Reagan and her personality, but also Noah and how their relationship progressed between them. There were moments that I felt like this was an insta love, but on the other hand I also felt like it was rightfully steady and they went with the right state of mind. I really enjoyed her writing and her characters and this will definitely not be the last book I’ll read by her. This was a nice, light, sweet and funny contemporary romance and I definitely recommend it.

“She tasted like temptation and the death of all my self – control.
She tasted like someone who could be the rest of my fucking life.”

I have only been reading Emma Hart for a little over a year and she has quickly become one of my insta-reads without even reading the blurb.  I knew what to expect in this book from reading the last book (we get a little lead-way at the end of each book for the next book) so there was no way I wasn't reading this one.

As always, Emma has the perfect blend of romance, whit, humor and realistic life problems.  What I love most about her books are how true to life her characters are and what they have to counter.  They feel like your friends or neighbors and you love them immediately.

I love how this all started off with an accidental and unexpected dick pic.  And the hilarity ensues but also so does the humility and humbleness from both Reagan and Noah.  I loved this story so much and that is because of the ease of banter between them but also how natural things were.  Everything was effortless - from the texting to the actual first "meet-up" to them eventually becoming more.

This will probably be my fave in this series because these Reagan and Noah just clicked with me immediately and I was all-in from the get-go.

Kiss Me Tonight was a great romantic comedy that I highly recommend to anyone.

This was a cute and easy read! Even though I started with the second book a series, I didn't feel too lost. This made me laugh and had some very sweet moments between Reagan and Noah. I also have a soft spot for his panty stealing dog Poosh. Yes, you read that right!

While the characters did have good chemistry and banter, I couldn’t really find myself connecting with them how I wanted. Especially Reagan. Some times her sarcasm became a bit too much for me.

If you are looking for an easy sweet read with no angst, then this would be a good pick. I’m curious to see how Ava’s situation will work out in the book!

The set up was good. They text back and forth and he saves her. But then it slowed down and dragged out. Felt like Emma was writing just to fit the word count. Just get them together already please!! Anyways. Average fun read.

Kiss Me Tonight is the second in the Kiss Me series. They are really short entertaining reads. I loved the first one and I think I actually liked this one more! It’s a series of three books about three best friends. We did meet Reagan in the first one. Reagan is fun, honest, hilarious and just your ultimate good time girl. Noah is a sweet, new firefighter to town. They meet in a really unconventional way, which considering this was Reagan’s story was unsurprising the way this worked out! She gets an inappropriate picture in her texts from a complete stranger and starts a relationship from there. Later, after Noah rescues her in a fire in her building, they realize they know each other and the fun ensues from there. I loved these two characters and loved them together even more. Throw in some meddling friends, a crazy great aunt, and some overprotective parents and it was a thoroughly entertaining read. Both books in this series have been so good; I cannot wait for Ava’s book next month!

***5 ‘#TeamPoosh’ Stars***

Well, maybe it should be #TeamDickPic for the win, but that’s probably a bit much...maybe...not really.

Anyways.

This was such a fun read!

So. Much. Fun.

I’m a tinsy bit upset that there were no more words to read, but my consolation prize is that there is one more book coming and I KNOW Reagan and Noah will be in it!

If you can’t already tell, I ADORED Reagan and Noah. ADORED them. Together, separately, in the company of Reagan’s crazy great aunt...didn’t matter. These two had me grinning like a loon the entire time. Noah is all kinds of laid back smexy. He’s got a great sense of humor and can shoot the shit like a champ. Reagan..to use her own words...is an “asshole” but that’s only because she is blunt and to the point. She doesn’t pull her punches and embraces all that she is ~ even her faults.

Noah and Reagan’s journey to their HEA was all kinds of fun! I loved how, from the very start ~ even if that start was a bit...revealing ~ they simply clicked. The bantering was on point and when they finally meet, they had a kind of flow that made it easy to see that they could be so much more if only they took the chance.

I simply devoured this book. From Noah and Reagan, to Halley, Preston, Betty, Boris & Poosh,, Ava and Great Aunt Bethel ~ it was kind of everything. It was also extremely low on the angst, so if you’re looking for a fun, and at times OTT crazy, romance ~ then this is an absolute must read. And now to wait as patiently as possible for Ava’s book!

I love when Emma has a new book! I first got introduced to Emma's book with the Holly Wood series which I loved, I mean loved!! God I miss them. Anywho since then I have a fan so I was happy to read this book, I loved it, Loved Noah whom sounds Hott! and I totally agree with Reagan who doesn't love a firefighter with tattoos? Anyone yeah I think not and I loved the Aunt she was hilarious I wanted them to let her loose a little I wanted to see what she would do or say. My only regret is that I didn't start with Hayley and Preston (sigh) I was sad that I didn't start with them however I will rectify that tragedy since I love books about a group of friends like these girls..And can't wait for Ava's!! Can you tell that I enjoyed?! So my buddies grab a copy and Enjoy!!!

4.5, I can't get enough, Stars!!

“She tasted like temptation and the death of all my self-control. She tasted like someone who could be the rest of my fucking life.”

Kiss Me Tonight is the second book in the Kiss Me Series and follows the story of Noah and Reagan. Reagan’s story starts off in the most unconvential way. She wakes up to find that she’s been sent a naughty picture. Obviously, it was sent in error, but she can’t help herself from responding. From that moment on, an unexpected friendship forms between Reagan and her stranger. Fate has plans for these two and when it comes to fate, all you can do is just sit back and enjoy the wild ride.

I have to say that Kiss Me Tonight is my favorite romantic comedy from Emma Hart this year. I mean, she totally knocked it out of the park with this one. Reagan is top notch. She’s got zero filter and isn’t afraid to give it to you straight. Her family is totally nuts, and will leave you in stitches over their antics. But, there is more to Reagan than meets the eye. Yes, she’s sarcastic and says whatever is on her mind, but when she loves, she loves hard. She keeps it real and isn’t afraid to be herself. And then we have Noah….Noah. Noah. Noah. He is the total package and is 100% swoon worthy. He’s not perfect. He can’t be since it was his picutre is what brought him and Reagan together. But, you know, in this day in age, dating is HARD. Anyways, Noah doesn’t shy away from the crazy that is Reagan. He embraces it and just goes with the flow. He is exactly what Reagan was missing from her life.

I really enjoyed getting to know Reagan and Noah. Their story had me laughing so much that I had a seriously hard time containing it. Their chemsitry was instant and I fell in love with both of them just through their text messages. Their chemistry was palpable and off the charts. I just couldn’t get enough of these two together. And one of the things I loved the most was just the ease of their relationship. There was no drama, no over the top moments, no angst. Just a straight up romance that kept me on my toes and left me begging for more.

Kiss Me Tonight is just what the doctor ordered and is a must read for any romantic comedy lover. I laughed. I swooned. I had the absolute best time. Reagan and Noah’s story was a terrific one to spend my day getting lost in and I just loved every single moment of it….

So I loved first book in this series of standalone titles, Kiss Me Not. Honestly, I almost always love all books by this author. And of course the way this book starts out, the description, well, I was laughing before I even actually started the book! What I'm loving most about this series, other than the hilariousness of all the characters and situations, is how real it is. It doesn't have a ton of drama, just the things that every day people might go through in a relationship. And sometimes that's all I want. I love how much the types of comments the characters make to their friends and family are so much exactly like what I might say to my own friends and family. And then, one bit in this one I loved was her comment about the Justin Timberlake poster in her bedroom. How when she was a kid the way JT was looking at her that way because he wanted to marry her, but now it was because he wanted to kill her. So freaking hilarious to think about how the movie stars or singers that we had crushes on in the day used to do the "blue steel" looks for their posters, or maybe you'd call it the duck lip look. LOL!!! I don't know if I can describe just how much I love this author's writing!!! We also got to enjoy Preston and Halley from Kiss Me Not, including raccoon babies! I can't wait for Ava's book next, which at the moment, looks like it will be published on my birthday in October!

*4 Stars*

ARC kindly received in exchange for an honest review.

This was a nice and easy read, and I read it in one day. I wasn't too sure how to expect Reagan to be after the amount of snark in the first book, but I pleasantly found I liked her more than Halley.

The way that she and Noah meet sure is not conventional, but it sure was fun. These two connect and understand each others sarcasm and quirks right away, although that's mainly more on Noah understanding Reagan. I really liked the text message banter between the two, and even Reagan's group messages with the girls.

Noah and Reagan's story flows seamlessly and is a really nice, fluffy and easy read. We also have some great secondary characters thrown in as well.

I wouldn't mind a Noah of my own, Emma, you can make that happen right?

I really enjoyed this story, and I'm looking forward to Ava's book next month.

Noah and Reagan were a heck of a lot of fun.

The. Way. They. Meet.

Literally, I am not sure I have ever read this particular meet-cute in any book I have ever come across...and, well, it's funny and you sort of need to see it to believe it because, well, seeing is believing.

I will also stop with the "see it" jokes now. mainly because mine will not be anywhere as near as charming or funny as those by Ms. Hart, so I may as well just give up and tell you it's funny and you will enjoy it.

As always, or at least as is within the current trend for this author, this is a romantic comedy and it's definitely one that leans to focusing on the comedy of the story. It works well in this one, as the comedy and the way they meet sort go hand in hand.

I enjoy all of Ms. hart's books, but I admit, I enjoyed this one a little more than I have her others...not that the others were bad, there was just something particularly charming about this title.

I enjoyed and recommend this book.

What happens when sexting goes wrong?

Well, for Reagan, the receiver of the wrong number sext, and Noah, the sender of the wrong number sext, it means that an unconventional conversation commences - one that makes both of them smile and allows them to get to know one another in a more relaxed manner and then when they meet in real life, in another crazy way, the connection they had already formed through texts now has an opportunity to take a new direction and how things proceed between these two definitely fits the crazy journey they’ve already taken with each other.

Like a lot of Emma Hart’s heroines, Reagan is a bit EXTRA, but in the best possible ways, and thankfully, Noah can handle everything she throws at him. She’s quirky, headstrong, and painfully honest, and she owns who she is, which is why she’s so easy to love and want to be around, and I love that despite Noah’s sexting blunder, they just go with it and find something that they never would have if that inappropriate text wouldn’t have been sent to Reagan on accident.

I liked how seamless Noah and Reagan’s relationship progressed. Who knew that a wrong number text would lead to these two hitting it off over text message, forming a comfortable and comical connection, and then heading toward meeting in real life and figuring out that they are just as compatible in real life then they were over texts.

Kiss Me Tonight is another fun, steamy, and quirky read about two characters who turn a mistake into a lifetime of possibilities, and Emma Hart does what she does best in Noah and Reagan’s story - craft likable and endearing characters and construct crazy situations and complications that take her hero and heroine as well as readers on an entertaining and swoon worthy ride.

Kiss Me Tonight is the 2nd book in the Kiss Me series and tells the story of Noah and Reagan. Let me say Emma Hart can paint a dirty picture in words quite well!!! One random dirty picture on a cell phone is how two single people end up meeting. This is what RomComs are made of. Funny, Hysterical, Steamy, Sweet, Swoon-worthy, Witty, Fun, Lighthearted and Romantic.
This story is lighthearted and romantic, the characters have chemistry and connection; the main characters and secondary characters all have that chemistry that connects from start to finish. The plot is fantastic, funny and phenomenal. I enjoyed reading this book and can't wait for book 3.

Kiss Me Not was fun, but Kiss Me Tonight was just amazing!! I read this book on a Monday (we all know how a Monday can be) and it made my whole day better. This is a romantic comedy that can brighten up the worst day. Emma Hart's writing sucked me in from the start and wouldn't let me go!

Reagan gets an unsolicited picture and let's just say it's not something she asked for. Being the polite and to the point person she is, she let's this guy know he has the wrong number! I already liked Reagan and she's even better in this book. She doesn't hold back her opinion and tells us how it is. I love how even though she seems really confident, there is a bit of an insecure side to her. That makes her feel more real and made me love her character even more.

Noah is definitely the perfect book boyfriend (well, except for sending pictures like that to strangers). He's new to town and just trying to find his way. And don't forget that he's a tattooed firefighter (that scores points, haha). Even though he's more of a "manly man", he now takes care of his grandmother's chihuahua. This made me laugh quite a few times. He's funny, caring and definitely brave.

Reagan and Noah definitely don't meet in the most conventional way, but it works! There conversations are so much fun and just brings a smile to my face. Yes, they may have connected really fast and I'm normally not a fan of people falling for each other so fast, but it just works for this book! The romance is definitely there and the added sarcasm made it perfect in my book!

On top of these two amazing characters, we read about the best friends we meet in Kiss Me Not and get updates about the raccoons! Reagan's family is nuts but caring and I loved the TV show discussions in this story. The only negative thing I can think about this book is that it was too short! I need more Reagan and Noah, but I'm also excited for the next book. Emma Hart is an author I will definitely keep an eye on!

Kiss Me Tonight is the second book in the Kiss Me series by Emma Hart. Each book in the series is a stand-alone and focuses on a different woman. You see, the heroines of the series are best friends, so we see them a lot. We got some facts about the third book when we read the first book in the series for example.

The presence of the friends doesn't steal the spotlight from the couple and their romance though. It was balanced between the romance, Reagan's friends and her crazy family. I would have loved a little bit more heat than what we got. And I should clarify that I am not talking about the heat that ended up burning Reagan's house to ashes. Reagan and Noah had a very interesting beginning in their romance. The blurb covers a rather large part of the book (like 1/3 of it tops) and it explains the set up of the story pretty well. The only part I cringed at was when Reagan showed the eggplant picture to her friends. That happens before the fire, but I knew who was the owner of the eggplant and it made it weird to think that Reagan's friends would know what he was packing. Some things should be kept hidden.

The book wasn't perfect, but it was very enjoyable and I had a good time reading it. It could have used something to spice up the story a little bit, but overall it was a good book and I liked it, so I would recommend it.

I can never resist a romantic comedy from Emma Hart, and Kiss Me Tonight is another endearing, hilarious and swoony page-turner that is an absolute pleasure to read. Noah and Reagan met when he accidentally sexts the wrong number — hers — but these two strangers are soon laughing at his mishap and bantering via texts. Unexpectedly, they meet in person when Noah, a firefighter, saves Reagan from her burning apartment, and there is no denying that fate is pushing them together. They evolve from text buddies to friends to lovers, and they’re adorable every step of the way. Don’t miss another feel-good romance by the uber-talented Emma Hart.

OMG.....
I devoured this book.
It was so up my alley as Rom com's go and I literally fell in love with the characters. This story had everything in it in spades. Quirky Reagan with no filter on her mouth, hot save your life Noah, Reagan's funny girlfriends and outrageous family members and a cute dog, just made this the most entertaining, fun story. I want to be friends with them all!!! It was lighthearted, it was just a breath of fresh air and I cannot wait for the next book in this series. So flipping worth reading and a definite laugh a minute book!!

This is the second book in the Kiss Me series and my absolute favorite so far! Reagan and Noah's relationship developed in an unusual way but definitely not an unrealistic way. Reagan and Noah were nothing short of sarcastic, fun, witty and sexy which only drew me more and more to their story. I pretty much laughed my way through page after page of this book due to the banter between the two of them, the bestfriends and her family. Another win for Emma Hart and her must read romcom's!

Okay, Reagan is a hoot. A HOOT. Not only does she start chatting with the dude who sends her naughty pics, she also gives him tips on how to make the most of his photos. I gotta say, I find that hilarious! *thumbs up*, Reagan!

As for Noah, one too many beers can make a person do things they wouldn't normally do. Sending a D-pic to a stranger (whether accidentally sending it to a wrong number or otherwise) is one of those things for the hunky firefighter. Fortunately for him, Reagan is cool with it. She might have received his pic accidentally, but she jumps in with chatting him up and becomes a sort-of friend.

Then Noah rescues her from a burning building and the sort-of friendship turns into an actual friendship. With benefits. Yessssssss.

Dating, sexy tattoos, meddling family members, and a pic of a questionable nature. I like Reagan and her crew. They're FUN!

This was adorable, fun, and hilarious. A great RomCom with great narration. Noah was swoon worthy as a big tough, sweet and tatted fireman, and Reagan was feisty and bold. I like that she spoke her mind and didn't shy away from admitting her feelings or saying what she thinks. Their text "meet cute" had me cracking up. So funny!
I hadn't read this author before this series, and I'm really enjoying her work. I'll definitely be reading more of her in the future.

SPOILERS

Purple haired florist receives wrong number dick pick from a man she doesn't know, but eventually strikes up a text/phone relationship with. Then she ends up in a fire and he's the sexy firefighter who rescues her.

I did not read the one about her brother and her other best friend. I liked the banter and her crazy great aunt.
