SEATTLE - A shooting that left three people wounded at the Crocodile Cafe in Belltown on Thursday night was a gang drive-by shooting, police say.

Police say the shooting, by a high-powered rifle, is apparently one of six shootings in the last week that have targeted property in South Seattle and South King County.

Most shots have targeted houses and vehicles. Detectives are trying to identify the suspect and the suspect's vehicle.

Thursday's shooting happened just before 11 p.m. outside the club at Second Avenue and Blanchard Street.

Witnesses inside the club said they were waiting for hip-hop artist, A Boogie, to start a sold-out concert when they heard several gunshots and dropped to the floor.

"The shootings were just random and I just ran, I don't really know what happened," Rebecca Gonzalez.

Detectives said two women just inside the club and one man outside the club were shot. The three victims were taken to the hospital. Police said none of the injuries is life-threatening.

Police are still looking for the shooter.
