This tiny house proves the saying "good things come in small packages" couldn't be more true. We're longtime fans of Tiny Heirloom (remember this green door and this rooftop deck?) and the Portland, Oregon-based company has impressed us once again with one of their most stylish and high-end tiny homes to date.
The 200-square-foot abode has a "vintage glam" style inside of a contemporary and compact (key word) design. The focal point is a motorized wooden platform that serves as the home's bed, bench seats, table, and stairs — depending on what the homeowners need at any given time. When used as steps, you can venture up to the living area that's located on top of the platform.
But how does this home, which clearly is below average in size, sell for a staggering $150,000? First you've got high-end kitchen amenities like marble countertops, a deep sink, and a full-size fridge and oven. But the bathroom is where the luxury really comes to life in the form of a clawfoot tub. Hey, our much-larger homes don't even have that. And the cherry on top is a show-stopping chandelier.
