Aina Le’a, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort or expense, its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended December 31, 2016 (the “Form 10-Q”).  The Company was unable to obtain certain information necessary to complete the filing of its Form 10-Q within the prescribed time period.  The Company expects to file within the extension period.
