We call on Minister Humphreys to ensure the important pieces of Dublin's industrial heritage, the graving docks and lock gates at the Grand Canal Basin be restored, preserved and reused in line with the Docklands Business Forum’s proposal. We further call on the Minister to reserve the immediate surrounding area for open recreational space for local employees and residents and to further ensure the Grand Canal Basin be developed into a marina attracting visiting yachts from home and abroad.
