Gary Neville insists he would be "happy" to go on Arsenal Fan TV after slamming Gunners supporters for their "embarrassing" criticism of Arsene Wenger .

The Sky Sports pundit saw fans venting their frustration to the popular YouTube channel following the 3-1 defeat at Chelsea on Saturday as talk over Wenger's Emirates future intensifies.

Neville said: "I walked out the Chelsea ground yesterday and there was a couple of these Arsenal fan TV camera things everywhere and to be honest it was embarrassing listening to it and watching it.

"I was watching Chelsea fans take the mickey out of them which was a bit funny and I was watching Arsenal fans slating and slanging into him and I thought to myself, he doesn't deserve that, that's one thing he doesn't deserve - he's done an unbelievable job."

Robbie from Arsenal Fan TV fired back at the ex-England international, insisting supporters had the right to be heard.

He said: “Neville’s been having a go at Arsenal Fan TV on Sky Sports saying that fans shouldn’t be slating off the manager of the football club.

“Fans pay their money and go to watch their club week in, week out, up and down the country everywhere. So because they’re not as articulate as you and haven’t got on a suit and in a Sky Sports studio, they’re not allowed to say anything and just be quiet?

“It’s time for pundits like you to get in touch with real fans. We have a voice and we’re not going away.”

However, Neville appears to have reached out to the supporter mouthpiece and has offered to come on the channel and have his say.

When asked on Twitter whether he would ever go on Arsenal Fan TV by a supporter, Neville responded: "Be very happy to..."

And an appearance on the show could be offing as the channel invited Neville to join them on the show.

They tweeted: "The balls in Gary's court. We'd welcome him to come and state his opinion as we respect all opinions."

Neville said calls for Wenger to be sacked were a result of people being bored of the Gunners boss, and that Arsenal could be languishing in mid-table with a different man at the helm.

"Arsene Wenger's biggest challenge is that he's been there such a long time and theres always that sort of grass is greener," Neville said on Sky Sports after Manchester United's 3-0 win over Leicester.

"If Arsene Wenger was Jurgen Klopp and he was currently above Manchester City, above Liverpool, above Manchester United that have spent nearly £150-200million between them we'd be saying he's doing a great job.

"At the start of the season, forget Arsene Wenger's the manager, and Arsenal are there, you could argue the profile of the players would change if a new manager comes in, they could end up in eighth or seventh could Arsenal. With their budget, they potentially could.

"If Arsene Wenger was Jurgen Klopp now, we'd be saying he's doing a good job, cause he's 18 months in.

"Actually, is Arsene Wenger not just doing a great job full stop? And I have to question that."

Neville called an Arsenal fan who unfurled a "time to go" banner aimed at Wenger during their 3-1 defeat by Chelsea an idiot on Saturday and the United legend said he stands by the comments, before taking another shot at the Gunners' support.

"And if he announced his retirement at the end of the season tomorrow, everybody would come in with tributes and say he's amazing. In eight months time, 10 months time they might be saying I wish he was still here.

"We hate managers being sacked. I feel very uncomfortable sitting here supporting the theory that the grass is greener.

"We all lord Jurgen Klopp, Antonio Conte, Pep Guardiola for their philosophies, 'oh they're brilliant'.

"Arsene Wenger's got the most brilliant philosophy over this last 15 years, he's stuck to his guns, he's never changed because of you and I.

"What's happened is we've all become board of they guy because he's been there so long."
