We are living in perhaps the biggest generational shift in the workplace that has ever occurred! You probably have 4 distinct generations on your workforce; Boomers, Gen Xrs, Millennials & Gen Yrs - yes, the generation after Millennials is entering the workforce this year. So how can you effectively manage these generations that have very different attitudes and skills? Each one brings perspectives that are useful to your organization. Not only do you want to help them be more productive, but you want to help them communicate better with each other. This session will help you understand the differences and how you can effectively lead them.

Our second topic: Change is happening all the time, whether we want it to or agree with it or not.  How we handle it as leaders can make a huge difference in how our teams handle it.  In this session, we'll learn why people resist change and also how we can make a positive difference in getting people to move forward, even if they are not thrilled about it.

Two great topics in one half-day of training!

Our training is a combination of videos, exercises, role plays, discussions and other hands on activities designed to help you grasp the material in the way best suited for you. Everything we do is geared toward you being able to take practical skills back to your workplace and use that very afternoon!
