Emcare, the local company offering electronic and mobile care, recently launched an all-inclusive offer to new customers, consisting of a one-year contract of €48 for the emCare Hub (emCare’s telecare) and pendant. This offer is open to all Melita, GO and Vodafone subscribers, making telecare available to everyone irrespective of service provider and age.

The emCare Hub and pendant solution provides a more personalised service to accommodate the diversity of clients with different requirements, depending on age, character and possible health conditions.  Clients can also choose from a number of add-ons (such as the on-wrist fall trigger, intruder alarm and smoke detector) that can be connected to the emCare hub, transforming the home into a smart one and therefore making independent living much easier.

To enhance its service to customers, next month emCare will be inaugurating its own call centre and concept store on the ground floor level of the Idox Business Centre in Swatar.

“The scope behind this homely environment is to create a space where clients can experience how technology can assist them live independently, with the peace of mind that there is a call centre monitoring them remotely 24/7,” said emCare general manager Roland Cachia. Once inaugurated, the call centre and concept store will go a long way to continue enhancing the quality of service provided not only to people who require additional care but to all individuals as everyone is vulnerable.
