Wicked Favor

4.5 stars Call the fire department!! This book was undeniably, unequivocally, and incredibly hot, hot, hot! It was fascinating and captivating and kept me up way past my bedtime because I just couldn't put it down. This is book 1 in the author's new Wicked Horse Vegas series (which is a spin off from the original Wicked Horse series set in Wyoming). Jerico and Trista were amazing! The chemistry between them was palpable and I loved how they each brought out a different side in the other. This is the first book I have ever read involving a sex club and so I really wasn't sure what to expect. Sawyer Bennett did not disappoint and I am definitely a fan of this genre/trope now ;) One scene in particular in the Silo almost made my kindle explode from the sexual intensity and chemistry. Seriously. HOT. Jerico was a fantastic anti-hero. I wasn't sure I even liked him at first, but he definitely grew on me as the book progressed and by the end I was sold. I also really enjoyed Trista's evolution and how she became comfortable in her own skin. Boundaries are pushed for both and I loved the push and pull as they both tried to deny their growing connection. It made the moment they surrender themselves all the more explosive and intense. The only reason this isn't a five star read for me is that the main drama came very late in the story and made the ending feel a little rushed. I also felt like a secondary character played a more vital role in the resolution than was necessary. I do love Kynan though and hope he will get his own story in the future! Overall, this was a really entertaining and steamy read that I definitely recommend! I can't wait for the next book in the series! *I voluntarily read an advance reader copy of this book*

Sawyer Bennett has great diversity with her writing. One minute you can be reading a sweet second chance romance, and the next a hot and steamy story about a sex club! The Wicked Horse series is not for the faint hearted, it is mind opening and very kinky and the Vegas spin off has the same feel, just a new set of characters in a different city. Jerico Jameson is an ex marine, who is now in business for himself. One is a private security contractor and the other is a sex club. There is no doubt which one he favors the most! He is extremely happy with the way his club is progressing and how he spends his nights. Then a visitor comes to the club, bringing up a name from his past, and it sets him off in a tailspin of revenge. What Jerico didn't bet on, was that Trista Barnes was going to change his way of thinking, and not necessarily tame the wild horse, but ride him without reservation. I literally could not put this book down. I had so much to do the day I read it, but kept saying, one more chapter, one more chapter..... whilst fanning myself with each encounter. Yes, there is a lot of sex in this book but there is also a love story that will melt your heart. There is an instant attraction with these two, but working in a sex club will escalate it very quickly. The dual POVs were fun to witness what each other was thinking in certain scenes. Jerico is a very confident man who is tainted by a previous relationship and Trista brings out his softer side. As for her, Jerico brings out a totally different side and opens her world up for bigger and better things. *I received a copy for an honest review.

Wicked Favor: The Wicked Horse Vegas by Sawyer Bennett is the start of the Vegas series for the sex club Wicked Horse. I was so happy to receive Wicked Favor. You can read Wicked Favor as a standalone but I ask Why- when you get the most complete look at the world Bridger Payne has built with the complete 5 books read of the Wicked Horse series. Jerico Jameson is the owner of the club who has had his pick of all the kink the club offers. He is the Alpha in his world and never does favors. Trista Barnes needs help, her brother sends her to Jerico to ask a Favor. Jerico offers her safety while opening her up to a sinful world she never knew existed. Sawyer Bennett again gives us an intense darker look at trying to develop a relationship under the worst conditions. It is a page turner that is angst driven with many plot twists. Sawyer Bennett has carried us on a very addicting journey with the Wicked Horse series and Wicked Favor just adds to it. The secondary Characters are again important to know and we get peeks into these characters lives that will lead to their stories. Oh did I mention the sex-- lots of it and not vanilla-- just so you know. I have been a big Fan of this series, give it a try, I think you will love it too. Thanks Sawyer Bennett & Good Writing
