Investigators are looking for a driver who was involved in a hit-and-run crash with a California Highway Patrol officer in Modesto.The crash happened just after 3 p.m. Friday near the intersection of Tuolumne Boulevard and Leon Avenue, CHP said.Surveillance video of the crash shows a Honda Civic crossing Tuolumne Boulevard from Leon Avenue in front of a CHP patrol car. The CHP officer then hits the Civic, which spins and then heads back onto Leon Avenue. The CHP officer turns around and goes after the Civic.The CHP officer was not injured in the crash. The Civic sustained front-end damage in the crash.CHP said the Honda Civic was reported to be stolen, and officers are still looking for the car.No other details were released.
