Anne Hathaway Looks So Chic in Glistening Jumpsuit on Spirit Awards 2024 Red Carpet

Anne Hathaway is always giving us amazing looks on the red carpet!

The 41-year-old actress looked chic in a glistening jumpsuit while attending the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on Sunday afternoon (February 25) at the Santa Monica Pier in Santa Monica, Calif.

Anne was nominated for Best Supporting Performance for her work in the movie Eileen, but the award went to The HoldoversDa’Vine Joy Randolph.

Also in attendance at the event were Anne‘s co-stars Marin Ireland, who was also nominated in the category, and Thomasin McKenzie.

Anne Hathaway & Thomasin McKenzie Promote Their Movie 'Eileen' at NYC Screening!

Anne Hathaway and Thomasin McKenzie are getting ready for the release of their movie Eileen!

The co-stars stepped out for the special screening of their movie on Wednesday (November 15) at the Whitby Hotel in New York City.

Anne and Thomasin were joined by co-star Marin Ireland, as well as director William Oldroyd, as well as writer/producers Ottessa Moshfegh and Luke Goebel.

Set during a bitter 1964 Massachusetts winter, young secretary Eileen becomes enchanted by the glamorous new counselor at the prison where she works. Their budding friendship takes a twisted turn when Rebecca reveals a dark secret — throwing Eileen onto a sinister path.

The movie is based on Ottessa‘s 2015 debut novel, which was shortlisted for the 2016 Man Booker Prize and the National Book Critics Circle Award, and won the PEN/Hemingway Award for debut fiction.

Eileen hits theaters in limited release on December 1 and everywhere on December 8.

'The Boogeyman' Trailer Debuts After Film Movies From Streaming to Theatrical - Watch Now!

The first trailer for the upcoming horror movie The Boogeyman has arrived!

The new 20th Century Studios film is an adaptation of one of Stephen King‘s short stories and it was written by A Quiet Place‘s Scott Beck & Bryan Woods and Black Swan‘s Mark Heyman.

The film was originally made for streaming on Hulu, but Disney decided to put the movie in theaters after a test screening received glowing reviews, according to THR. Other recent horror movies that had similar success include Smile and Barbarian.

In The Boogeyman, high school student Sadie Harper and her younger sister Sawyer are reeling from the recent death of their mother and aren’t getting much support from their father, Will, a therapist who is dealing with his own pain. When a desperate patient unexpectedly shows up at their home seeking help, he leaves behind a terrifying supernatural entity that preys on families and feeds on the suffering of its victims.

Bryan Cranston Checks Out Two Broadway Openings in Three Days!

Bryan Cranston had a busy week on Broadway!

The Emmy and Tony-winning actor checked out the openings of two plays this week.

Bryan was in attendance for the opening of Manhattan Theatre Club’s How I Learned to Drive on Tuesday (April 19) and the new play Hangmen on Thursday (April 21) in New York City.

Also at the How I Learned to Drive opening were Marin Ireland, John Turturro, Kathy Najimy, Josh Hamilton, Saycon Sengbloh, and theater owner Jordan Roth, among others.

More stars at the Hangmen opening included Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria, Danny Strong, Jonny Beauchamp, Tony Shalhoub, Tovah Feldshuh, and playwright Martin McDonagh.

How I Learned to Drive was written by Paula Vogel and stars Mary-Louise Parker and David Morse. The play is about a woman coming to terms with a charismatic uncle who impacts her past, present and future life. Get tickets now for performances through May 29.

Hangmen stars Game of ThronesAlfie Allen in his Broadway debut. Here is the synopsis: “In his small pub in the North of England in the mid-1960s, Harry is something of a local celebrity. But what’s the second-best hangman in England to do on the day they’ve abolished hanging? Amongst the cub reporters and pub regulars, people are dying to hear Harry’s reaction to the news when an intriguing stranger, Mooney, from London -with a very different wardrobe and motive – enters their world.”

Darren Criss Celebrates 'American Buffalo' Opening at Star-Studded Performance, Days After Becoming a Father!

Darren Criss, who just welcomed his first child into the world three days ago, is celebrating the opening of his Broadway play American Buffalo!

The 35-year-old actor and his co-stars Sam Rockwell and Laurence Fishburne took their opening night bows in front of a star-studded crowd at the Circle in the Square Theatre on Thursday (April 14) in New York City.

In American Buffalo, three small time hustlers want a bigger cut of the American dream. David Mamet’s classic about loyalty and greed returns to Broadway more explosive and pointed than ever, exposing a timely American truth: crime and business are two sides of the same coin.

Stars in attendance at the event included Sam‘s partner Leslie Bibb, as well as Angela Bassett, Josh Brolin, Bryan Cranston, Billy Crudup, Tony Goldwyn, Piper Perabo, Anthony Anderson, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Louisa Jacobson, Marin Ireland, Camryn Manheim, Callie Thorne, and Broadway star Victoria Clark.

The limited run is open through July 10.

'The Empty Man' Is Being Released in Theaters Next Week & The New Trailer Will Terrify You!

The upcoming 20th Century Studios horror movie The Empty Man is being released into theaters next week and the trailer was just unveiled!

The Empty Man is a supernatural horror film based on a popular series of Boom! Studios graphic novels. After a group of teens from a small Midwestern town begin to mysteriously disappear, the locals believe it is the work of an urban legend known as The Empty Man. As a retired cop investigates and struggles to make sense of the stories, he discovers a secretive group and their attempts to summon a horrific, mystical entity, and soon his life—and the lives of those close to him—are in grave danger.

James Badge Dale, Marin Ireland, Stephen Root, Ron Canada, Robert Aramayo, Joel Courtney and Sasha Frolova star in the movie, which was written and directed by David Prior.

The Empty Man will be released in theaters on October 23 and tickets are on sale now!

Taylor Schilling and Gwendoline Christie hit the red carpet at the opening night of the new Broadway play The Sound Inside on Thursday (October 17) at Studio 54 in New York City.
