The Mr & Miss Capital City Show was a "London bodybuilding institution". It became a highly successful and well respected annual event staged in the 1980s under NABBA rules.

This top event was for men and women, and the star guest poser was LANCE DREHER from USA. Lance was a Mr Olympia competitor, 1981 IFBB Overall Amateur World champion and 1986 NABBA Pro Mr Universe.

The Overall Mr Capital City Winner for 1984 was Kevin Duggan. The Women's Winners were Pauline Clark - Physique, and Tina Cole Morgan - Figure.
