Now is the time to begin transforming your culture to adopt lean.  With the U.S. economy off to a rolling start, lean management will be the way to keep up with the anticipated economic growth.   One of the methodologies that I think will become a major part of the lean framework is the Improvement Kata approach developed by Mike Rother.  Please view our articles below for more information.

There is still some time left to register for our April 2017 Blended-Learning Lean Manufacturing Certification  program in San Diego as well as our 2-Day Orange County Workshop Continuous Flow and Pull Systems.

For our complete schedule of off-site training and for on-site training information, please visit our Lean Training page.

If you are unable to attend our off-site training programs, please consider our online training and certification programs. These include Lean Manufacturing Certification, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Lean Healthcare Certificate. To view all of our online training offerings, please visit Lean Training Online.
