Saturday, April 27th from 5-7:30pm
Thank you for volunteering to participate in this year's International Potluck! The potluck will feature appetizers, main courses, desserts and drinks from around the world (including the U.S.!), so feel free to sign up for the area that appeals to you most. We will be emailing you prior to the event to get the recipe for your dishes so we can disclose ingredients to our friends with allergies, as well as to share your recipes with the Burr community.

In addition to volunteers to bring food and drink, we are also looking for some volunteers to run food prep demonstrations during the event (see below for more info), as well as some volunteers to help us set up and decorate for the event. Please help out in any way you can, and let's make this a great Burr community event!

Questions? Contact Janhavi Wadhwani at janhavi108@yahoo.com or Tamika Olszewski at tamikaolszewski@yahoo.com. Thank you!

VOLUNTEER TO BRING FOOD OR DRINK!
What will you bring to the potluck? *
What is the name and country of origin of your dish or beverage? *
Are you willing to give a brief, informal presentation to attendees about your dish or beverage (i.e., its history, cultural significance, family tradition)? This is NOT required, but will enrich the experience for everyone! *
Required
VOLUNTEER TO DO A FOOD DEMONSTRATION!
We are also looking for volunteers to run food prep demonstrations for 30-45 minutes starting at 5:15pm. These demonstrations are only limited by your imagination—guide students through the technique for rolling pasta dough, or the proper way to fold a wonton. Not a cook? Don't worry! Teach the kids how to make your family's go-to horchata (rice drink) recipe or how you steep the perfect cup of tea. We provide the table, you provide the ingredients, the know-how and the fun! *
Required
VOLUNTEER TO HELP SETUP AND DECORATE!
We need volunteers to help set up this event! Set up will take place at 4pm on the day of the event. We are also hoping some volunteers will be willing to bring a few cultural decorations from their own homes to help make this event truly special. *
