The hotel was beautiful, the staff went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you need! Never had to wait for a table at dinner, always a great spot at the beach. It's wonderfully organized. We went in April and the weather was 85 and breezy. Ocean was clear and the sand was soft and white! Excellent entertainment options. Family friendly with activities for the kids. We will definitely be back!

The room was old, mosquitoes were everywhere, and bugs were everywhere in the pool. It was useless to tell the staff passing by twice, You must call the 0 front desk number and the staff will come to clean it. We booked three nights, but only spent time in the pool on the first day because the kids were afraid of bugs. The pest control standards definitely do not meet the requirements of a five-star hotel. Restaurants: Japanese restaurants and steakhouses really average. French restaurants are only for adults, Duke's restaurant seafood is ok not that delicious, but it was better than those two. The only breakfast buffet in the hotel is worth going to. Don't call to order breakfast to be delivered to the room, not good-looking and not delicious. Kids club: children liked it very much, but they were surprised to find animal poop in waterplay area near steps. Sailing: This service is included in the room rate. The staff who boarded the ship with us said something offensive to my daughter, and it was in front of me. He kept to try to talk to my daughter and asking she had a boyfriend or not, and he kept looking at areas he shouldn't be looking at. . . This made my daughter feel quite aggrieved and angry. We reported this to the front desk, and asked me send email, after confirming that my email was received, we came back for five days and still haven't received their reply. if you spend more than 1,000/night to stay here for three days, you should stay in a real five-star hotel.

Above and beyond service from beginning to end. The staff at this hotel were the most attentive and friendly staff I have ever experienced at a resort. In particular, I would like to thank the following staff members for their exemplary and friendly service: Alejandro & Norberto from the Market Kitchen, Jose from Brass Steakhouse & Carlos from Le Petit Plaisir, Alberto & Linda from Duke’s, Luisa from Surf & Turf, Alfonso from our tennis clinic, Cirilo from the Spa, Raquel from the bike excursion, and every single staff member at the beach that made every day fun and special.
