It's Gomez's first permanent shot of the two on her page, which The Weeknd liked less than 15 minutes after she published it. (He is with her at the festival and likely saw her post it...)

Gomez's Coachella selfie comes exactly one week after The Weeknd made them Instagram official on his own page. Up until this point, the two had only posted photos and videos of each other on their Instagram stories that were gone after 24 hours.
