2018 Ford Mustang Standard Features Leaked in Dealer Brochure

Ford Motor Company still hasn’t rolled out all of the details on the 2018 Mustang, but a dealership brochure posted on the always-reliable Mustang6g clues us in on many of the key features which will be included on every new Ford Mustang.

While the Motor Company has offered plenty of information on the key changes for the 2018 Ford Mustang, we still don’t have all of the details on the refreshed pony car. Fortunately, the hardcore Mustang enthusiasts at Mustang6g.com have gotten their hands on a dealership brochure on the 2018 models and in these few photos, we get a closer look at the key standard features – and a few details on the many available options.

2018 Ford Mustang Standard Features
We already knew that the V6 engine has been removed from the option list for the 2018 Ford Mustang, making the excellent little EcoBoost 4-cylinder the “base” engine. In addition to the turbocharged engine, standard mechanical features of the 2018 Mustang include a 6-speed manual transmission, a limited slip differential, selectable-assist electronic steering and front and rear stabilizer bars.

On the outside, the 2018 Ford Mustang will come standard with LED headlights, LED signature lighting, power exterior mirrors, power door locks and the sequential LED taillights while every 2018 Mustang interior will come with push button start, air condition, a 6-speaker sound system mated to the 4.2” SYNC system, remote keyless entry, the adjustable MyColor interior lighting system and cruise control. There is also a long list of standard safety features, and you can read through them all in the brochure at Mustang6g by clicking here.

In short, the 2018 Ford Mustang comes with an impressive list of standard features and for those who want more power, all of those features will be standard in the Mustang GT – as is the 5.0L V8.

2018 Mustang Options
Options for the 2018 Ford Mustang include the 12 inch infotainment screen, adaptive cruise control, the Shaker audio system, the MagneRide suspension system, the selectable drive mode system, the 10-speed automatic transmission and the voice activated navigation system.

Next, we know that the 2018 Ford Mustang will come in 11 exterior colors – Oxford White, Triple Yellow TriCoat, Orange Fury Metallic TriCoat, Race Red, Ruby Red Metallic, Royal Crimson Metallic, Lightning Blue, Kona Blue, Ingot Silver, Magnetic and Shadow Black. Interior color options include Ceramic, Tan, Showstopper Red, Midnight Blue and Ebony.

Black Accent Package
Carbon Sport Interior Package
EcoBoost Performance Package
Enhanced Security Package
GT Performance Package
Premium Plus Package
Safe & Smart Package

However, we don’t get any details on exactly what comes in these packages, but with the 2018 model year rapidly approaching – it shouldn’t be long before the Motor Company offers up all of the official details on the 2018 Ford Mustang.
