Confirmed Service Customer
I purchased a 2019 Tahoe used from your dealership less than two years ago. With only 57,000 miles, the entire transmission needed replacing. Thankfully I had purchased an extended warranty and your service department walked me through the process on getting the Tahoe there [towed] and diagnosed. While I was unhappy at the start, I became very impressed with the communication, the work with the Warranty company, and the constant status updates and quick questions/decisions that were made. That was all thanks to Colleen. She became the go-to person to manage the entire situation, she kept me informed at all steps, and was a godsend for navigating this mess. Made all the difference in the world in turning a frustrating situation into one with a resolution and positive feeling. Another problem came up during the repair and she worked on getting Manager approval to fix it at Apple's cost [wasn't covered under the Extended Warranty, but Apple made good since it shouldn't have been a problem after less than 2 years]. That left a positive impression on me as well. So high praise for everyone at Apple, particularly Colleen! My only other comment is a minor one, but when I picked up my vehicle the inside looked like all kinds of work and service personnel were in/out of the car for days. Floor mats were left muddy/dirty, outside was dirty. A quick clean/wipe and outside rinse/wash would be a nice touch to leave for your customers as well as the excellent service.

Apple Chevy and its service/sales staff have never disappointed me. I took my car in for scheduled service. They got me in a few minutes early without any delay. Adam has always been very helpful and pleasant to work with. Jeff Stewart, my sales rep, made sure to accommodate me so I wouldn't have any delays at work.
