RESTED AND READY
After nearly two weeks of rest since the 2018 Big South Cross Country Championships, the Highlanders are ready to hurdle their next obstacle. Both the men's and women's teams obtained sixth-place finishes out of 11 total spots.

The top five runners from the women's squad along with the top six runners from the men's squad look to carry their momentum into what will be their last meet of 2018: The NCAA Southeast Cross Country Regional. The meet will be hosted by Winthrop University, where teams from all over the southeast region will compete at Winthrop Farm.

Friday will grant Radford a chance to compete outside of its conference. It will be interesting to see what the Highlanders can do.
