A man was arrested Monday evening on claims that he broadcast the verbal and physical abuse of a 6-year-old boy on Facebook Live at least twice.
A Tulsa Jail booking report states that a 32-minute video depicting the abuse was posted to the Facebook account of 32-year-old Ralph Hishaw, who officers allege repeatedly screamed at the boy, shouted profanities at him, slapped him and ridiculed him as he cried and asked for his grandmother.
The child reportedly said in a forensic interview that he had bruises on his back because Hishaw had hit him and slammed him down on the ground.
Police additionally claim that the house in which the abuse took place, which is in the 2500 block of North Frankfort Avenue, had "deplorable living conditions" due to its lack of food and high concentration of debris.
Hishaw is accused of two counts each of child abuse by injury, child neglect and possession of a controlled substance.

The arrest report indicates that Tulsa Police Community Resource Officer Popsey Floyd contacted another officer to open an investigation after he received information about one of the Facebook Live videos.
Officer Timothy Stendel reported that the 32-minute broadcast shows Hishaw making fake crying noises at the child while the child cries, as well as ordering him to get back in that "f---ing corner" and demanding multiple times that the boy tell him, "F--- you, daddy."
Hishaw, according to Stendel, held the boy up to the ceiling and talked about hitting the boy's head against it before asking the child, "Do you want me to f--- your day up? I can f--- your day up." The boy said no and at one point put his fingers in his mouth while crying, which Stendel said prompted Hishaw to slap the boy in the face and force his fingers in the boy's mouth.
Stendel wrote in the arrest report that a Facebook Live video posted later shows Hishaw acting upset about comments people made regarding his treatment of the child during the video. In another broadcast captioned 'This is wrong,' Hishaw reportedly screamed in the boy's face, which caused him to awake in terror.
Hishaw told the audience in that video that "now y'all can say I'm wrong," according to the arrest report.
A search warrant served Monday at the residence, which Hishaw showed off in yet another Facebook Live broadcast, revealed that the home had little food, had holes in the walls and was missing portions of the floor.
Officers said the clutter and trash, which reached about halfway to the ceiling in one room, was so significant that they couldn't walk on the floor without stepping on debris.
They reported finding a vial of PCP between a mattress and box springs in a bedroom.
Hishaw is jailed in lieu of bonds totaling $205,000.
