After a lot of thought, I have made the decision to begin the process of closing my shop. After 9.5 years, it’s time for me to move on and put my full focus into my new full time job and my life outside of stickers. I have loved every moment of this journey and cannot possibly thank you all enough for supporting me along the way. I still remember my first week opening my shop back in 2014 and how excited I was at my first sales, which has continued to this day. While this most likely isn’t the end of Nicole Hutch Designs, it is the final page of this chapter.
Going forward, the entire shop will be on sale for 25% off until stock sells out. I do want to use up most of my supplies I have left before closing for good, so I will restock more popular items here and there. I don’t have an official end date, but there will be no more new releases or restocks for most items.
Customs will be limited to color, icon, and text changes only on items already offered.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Please message me prior to ordering anything customized as a custom listing will have to be set up. Items can be customized by text, color, icon, or size.
Customization fees are applied to all custom orders.
Coupons/credit/discounts cannot be applied to custom orders due to the amount of time it takes to create.
All custom orders have a 5-7 business day processing time.
When will my order ship?
All items are in stock and ready to ship! All orders will ship in 5 business days.
Please keep in mind, after years of running my shop full time, I am now running it part time. I now work a full time job and will ship orders once or twice a week.
You can find your estimated ship date by going to "You" --> "Purchases and Reviews" --> "View Receipt". The estimated ship date is located at the bottom of the invoice under shipping details.
Customer Service Hours?
All messages will be answered within 24-72hrs - Please keep in mind, after years of running my shop full time, I am now running it part time. I recently started a full time job & will answer messages a few times a week.
Can I combine my orders?
Orders can only be combined if:
1) You have placed 2 or more orders within 24 hours. If the orders are more than 24 hours apart, I cannot guarantee combining them as I may have already started processing orders.
2) You messaged me on Etsy requesting your orders to be combined; you must send me a message! If you leave a note in the notes to seller, I will not see it until after I have already processed orders and your order will not be combined.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Due to the nature of the items there will be no refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason.
If there are any problems with your order, such as the wrong item sent, damages, losses, etc. please message me to discuss!
**Be sure to message me within 7 days of delivery if you have an issue with your order**
Can I use more than one coupon code/discount?
Coupon codes/discounts cannot be stacked or combined, however multiple discounts can be used. For example, if you have retiring items in your cart that are discounted along with regular priced items, any coupon code used will apply to the regular priced items only.
**Please note that any shop credit codes will void any current sales in the shop as only one discount can be applied at a time.**
What sticker paper do you use & what pens will work?
STICKER PAPER:
All stickers (aside from transparent) are printed on a high quality matte removable sticker paper ~
All transparent stickers are printed on a high quality clear matte sticker paper that is permanent ~ stickers are printed with a laser printer.
*Please note, stickers are not water proof and are meant to be used in a planner or calendar.
PENS TO USE:
Matte Removable paper - Any gel pen, marker, fine point pen, etc. will work on the matte removable sticker paper
Transparent paper - Only permanent markers such as a Sharpie ultra fine, Uni Pin marking pen, Le Pen permanent, etc. will work
There is an error with my order. What do I do?
If there are any problems with your order, such as the wrong item sent, damages, losses, etc. please message me to discuss! Be sure to message me within 7 days of delivery to resolve any issues.
Be sure to send a picture of your invoice with any other photos related to the issue with your message and I will do what I can to fix it :)
My order says delivered, but isn't in my mailbox OR my order is lost in the mail. What do I do?
If you order says it is delivered but isn't in your mailbox, please contact your local post office with the tracking number and request the GPS location of where the order was delivered. They will be able to locate it for you. Also be sure to check with any neighbors or people that live with you incase it was misplaced. If your order is still not found, be sure to message me within 7 days of delivery and we can take the next steps to getting your order to you!
For USA orders, if your order is lost in the mail (tracking has not updated in over 7 days), send me a message and we can take the next steps to getting your order to you!
**For international orders, please wait a full 30 days for your order to be delivered.
