Digital health company Health Navigator has announced a partnership with telehealth vendor Tyto Care.
Health Navigator’s symptom checker is now integrated into the Tyto Care telehealth platform and allows providers to have more data. The company’s symptom checker looks at factors that include age, gender, known medical problems and clinical factors.
Those using the Tyto Care modular examination tool can examine the patient’s body and temperature. Symptom data can be sent to a clinician upfront for use during a live telehealth visit.
“Together, Health Navigator and Tyto Care are improving the quality of telehealth intake, diagnosis, and treatment, and enhancing the patient and provider experience with careful, guided symptom capture,” said Amy Window, vice president of business development for Health Navigator.
