You must be beyond concept stage. No ideas on paper, you must be a live active startup.
You must be an early stage startup, meaning recently launched, so between 1-3 years old and not supported by a public company.
Looking for investment, with no large capital raises done up to this point.
Total commitment, you need to be working full-time on your startup.
