About this app

We began with the simple aim of providing our customers a convenient way to monitor their utilities usage and pay their monthly bills.

To help households and customers understand the environmental impact of their daily activities, we launched My Carbon Footprint.

Next, we introduced GreenUP to encourage sustainable lifestyle choices through a rewards programme, and My Green Credits for everyone to green their electricity consumption.

Today, our app will be renamed to the SP app, reflecting our ambition to empower the future of energy and contribute to a greener future for Singapore.

We are also launching Green Goals! A new feature that tracks your individual environmental impact and contribution towards the SG Green Plan 2030.

Used to have very user friendly interface. Now there are too many things crammed on the page. Used to be able to see clearly straight away upon turning on the app my utilities usage and what are my neighbors' usage. And able to see monthly usage timely. Now the information is everywhere and moreover cannot understand why so many things are crammed in the app. The meter reading ability is also less efficient.

The outstanding amount reflected on actual bill doesnt match . Cant even pay to clear the actual amount. Even edit that amount , having error shows that amount exceeded. It will be better if make it the app to be able to choose by the user which bill to pay and direct that amount instead.

Useless app. I used to receive the monthly Utilities amount by email, and they forced me to install this app to now find that info. Yet they still send the email - just without the amount! How dumb is this. One step before (open email) Vs how many steps now (even after the account setup). This is a typical example of a team who doesn't understand overall customer experience, and doesn't listen to them. Listen, answerbot: just put the bill amount back in the email, will you. Attaboy.
