What an incredible find!!! We stepped into another world after visiting the Botanical Gardens. The array of specialty foods was dazzling. When we asked about some meats and cheeses to take home we were treated like royal guests. We were given tasted of prosciutto wrapped around freshly made ricotta drizzled with the best tasting balsamic vinegar ever. It was like taking a private food tour of Little Italy. The quality was superb and the cost was reasonable but the bast was the ambiance. Don't miss a visit to this store that has been in business for over one hundred years!!

This is the 4th generation here and I can't walk past without getting fresh olives, artichokes & cheese. Staff is fast, friendly, everything is fresh and very delicious. I can't find Italian delicacies like this at home & they don't ship, but they should!

Amazing Italian grocer in The Bronx steeped in history and offering a wide array of imported Italian goods. Their staff is always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The family-run shop may be small, but it's packed with goods and offers everything you could possibly need from pasta to cured meats, cheeses, olives and olive oil, and a lot more. A definite must if you're in the neighborhood or looking for authentic Italian foods.

There's deli and then there's Teitel Brothers Deli. Fresh, amazing and family neighborhood oriented! Usually a line but can you blame them? The best!

This is the place. Go in there and buy everything you see. Happiness and that Parmesan cheese with the truffles and the regular Parmesan and ham, they know just how to slice it. God bless you guys. Best food in the world.

4++ An absolute landmark of Belmont, Little Italy in the BX and Arthur Ave, the generations of the family running Teitel Bros. stay true to their mission of providing high quality Italian deli food and imports. These people love food, and for shoppers who can get past the lack of esthetics at this location, the place is jam packed with the same items you'd find in a supermarket in Italy. Of course go for the imported cheese, cured meats, olives and other delicacies. But don't overlook the San Marzano tomatoes, artisan pastas, cookies, confections and olive oil. No matter how crowded this little corner store gets, for the authenticity, quality and price it cannot be beat - any trip is worthwhile.

Nice place great food. It helps if you are from the neighborhood and they know you so they don't charge you more money than they do the regulars. Born and raised in New York, now live in PA. I travel in 3 or 4 times a year to pick up all my goodies and I always get price ripped off there.

I've been shopping here for many decades and never thought to review it.
This is the place to go for all your specialty foods. There's everything from perfect salt cod (bacalao), cheeses to salsiccia.
The staff is very helpful and gracious.
The corner where the entrance is always has a display of canned goods. It's like a lighthouse.
