This is the scene at Weybridge health centre, a day after a devastating fire tore through the building.

The blaze ripped through the health centre on Wednesday morning as dozens of firefighter battled to fight the flames.

Firefighters from across the county were called out at just after midnight on Wednesday morning (July 12) as a huge fire tore through the Church Street site.

There were no reported injuries.

The building has been left with no roof and has been visibly damaged by the blaze.

Shops and cafés in Weybridge brought regular supplies of food and drink to residents at the community centre following the incident.

The Fire Brigades Union slammed "idiotic" budget cuts after the fire left resources "stretched".

But Runnymeade and Weybridge MP Philip Hammond visited the scene and hit back at the claims that cuts affected the fire service's capacity.
