How our Auctions and Fixed Price Listings work

Cancel a Bid
  • Send a message to the seller through My Bids page to request a bid cancellation
  • Bid cancellation requests will not be accepted if the listing ends within 12 hours.  
  • Your bid is a contract between you and the listing creator. If you have the highest bid you will enter into a legally binding purchase contract.
     

Cancel an Order 

  • If you've won an item and would like to cancel the order, please contact the seller through your WON page.
  • An unpaid order will result in a negative feedback rating, and continued cancellations will result in suspension or deactivation of your account.

Paying for your item

  • All of your winning items will be on your WON page, where you can Checkout to complete the purchase.
  • All purchases must be completed within 5 days of auction end.

Shipping Questions

  • We only ship within the US.
  • Contact the seller to combine orders.
  • Shipment notifications, and Pickup arrangement instructions.
    • 14-Day Pickup Window:
      • Customers have a maximum of 14 days from the payment completion date to collect purchased items from the seller’s designated pickup location.
      • In the event of cancellation or failure to pickup items within the 14-day period, the purchase will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.

Returns & Refunds

  • Please contact us when returning your order.
  • All Listings listed For Parts or Repair, listings which state "As-Is," "No Refund," or  "All sales are Final" in the description will not be accepted for return and is sold as-is.
  • Refund requests are subject to 10% restocking fee within 14 days of delivery date.
