Are you loyal, committed, fun and passionate about recruitment?
Want to be THE go to person for your market? You’ll have a minimum 2 years experience in recruitment preferably within legal, or you may be from another sector but with a link to the legal industry such as law degree.
You’ll join a legal specialist recruitment agency based in their very central Manchester offices that’s its embryonic stage of it's journey. So you’ll have a strong influence on injecting your ideas and thoughts into the business, and the way the business is ran going forward.
It’s backed by a venture capitalist that also backs 30 other companies within the UK, so you’ll get the experience of being within a new vibrant and fresh business as well as having all the investment backed behind you.
The business owners have depths of experience and have always been the top billers throughout their career, with over 30 years within the legal industry. 40% of the roles worked on are retained, so building and nurturing relationships is key.
You’ll be given your own vertical to work on, as it is the most effective way to become a top biller Your salary will depend upon your experience plus you’ll develop a bespoke commission plan for yourself!
